Akshay 5 years ago : "protein supplements are unnatural, mat lo." Akshay now : "tumhe chahiye protein ka routine." Edit : To the people saying protein diet and supplements are different. I think you misunderstood the line "protein ka routine". He didn't talk about protein diet in the ad, it was an ad for protein supplement(Horlicks protein plus), and "tumhe chahiye protein ka routine" was his dialogue/tagline in the ad. Moreover I don't oppose/criticise use of protein supplements.
