@@ComfortWorks I ended up buying the one with chaise longue. I've been using it for a month now, me and my girlfriend are happy for now, it's a very big and comfy sofa. Recommended

We've not heard of the Fammarp, and a quick Google search doesn't bring anything up either. Is it a Finnala that you're referring to?

Recently purchased the Harlanda but unfortunately the cover for the backrest part is too small to go over the frame. Customer service have not been helpful at all in correcting the problem. This is a shame because apart from this the Harlanda seems very good.

I love Gronlid, just put it up yesterday and it is soo comfortable and deep. It definitely deserves better than 10th place haha. I would have went for Vimle but it is never in stock here in the UK

Does ikea sofa frame last long? I hated the fibreboard wood that will sprinkled like blackpepper when it gets old

@Sharif Ali IKEA sofas don’t age well. The filling loses its appearance and the frame may need screws or bolts tightened now and then. They’re great for people on a budget and for those with pets or small children, most if not all of them have covers that you can take off and clean in your washing machine. If possible, I suggest saving up enough money for a good quality sofa that will last for many years and not lose shape or comfort. Hope this helps. 😊

It's not a bad one but it isn't one of IKEA's popular couches. We've seen quite a few reviews/comments on how it may be too upright for some people, so if you do have a chance to test it out at a store, we would highly recommend it ;) Otherwise, it's quite plush and comfortable as a sleeper.

I decided to get a Friheten when I check the online store. But when I visited the showroom it kinda felt like some waiting room furniture. It just didn't feel that cozy. But the sofa-bed mechanism is the best, very easy and useful. I was able to set it in seconds. When I found Soderham, I thought I would go with it, it is super comfy. And it is not so heavy. Too bad that it can not be converted to a double bed like Friheten.

The Finnala is the new version of the Vimle. It's slightly taller, and has several dimensions that differ from the Vimle.

It looks like the Eskilstuna is a regional model that is only available in Europe. Unfortunately, we have not been able to review the sofa as it isn't available in our region.

Hi! Is Kivik comfortable for sleeping at night for 1 person (with using mattress topper)? Is Friheten i comfortable to sit?

Hi Kat, we find the Kivik pretty comfortable to lounge on (though we haven't tried sleeping in it just yet!) If you haven't already, we'd recommend heading to your nearest IKEA and trying the Friheten out for yourself - let us know what you think! :)

Hey there! While we didn't include the Stocksund collection in this round up, we have tested the couch. It was indeed comfy with an 8/10 comfort factor. It has wide and deep seating, good paddings so that you don’t sink in when you sit in between the seats.

I dont think they even try the sofas they are just making "top ten videos" a sad trend nowadays. Soderhamn is not comfortable at all indeed.

I tried it today and it was the most comfortable one among the others. Especially compared to kivik or friheten. I was planning to go with Soderham just because of it. Do you think it would become uncomfortable in time? was it the fabric or the filling that is uncomfortable? which fabric was it? thanks :)

@@crapsoul6743 soderhamn was too expensive with the only fabric option left in the shop. So I had to buy Friheten because of budget issues. It is really not that comfortable and I still think it looks like office furniture. But we are getting used to it.

@@gunselic thanks for the feedback I was sceptical between vimle and soderham and I felt soderham to be more comfortable than vimle so I'm currently waiting for soderham to be back in stock at my nearest store .. I also left with single color option

We don't think that IKEA makes recliner sofas - well, not to our knowledge at least. They do make armchair recliners. The Ektorp is fairly shallow - but of course, doesn't come with a recliner.
