Happy to see the desert scene so high, i feel it's a very important moment that's kinda underrated. To me it was when the show solidified how strong their bond was even within the group. Katara was the only one confident Aang wouldn't hurt her and Aang was able to stop despite his rage. Definitely one of my favorite endings to an episode ever, plus the music was amazing too.

That was the first Avatar episode I ever saw. I had no idea what was going on but The episode seemed interesting so I sat down to watch it. The moment I saw that scene, I knew the two shared a very deep bond of love. I wasn't sure what kind of love at the time (brotherly, romantic etc) but I was sure it was there.

Aang and Katara's sweet relationship is the heart of the show! They have been through so much together! I think my favorite moment has to be when she saved Aang by using the spirit oasis water. If it wasn't for that, Aang would have died! Just goes to show that Aang and Katara are meant to be together! 😊💖💖

Aang and Katara’s Love for each other, that's better than anything else in this world. It's the beauty of this is the love story is uncanny it’s makes Romeo and Juliet look like soft stuff I mean it was unbelievable but for real. This is a beautiful thing it's life that story is proof that love will always find a way. And it's what they wanted and because of that I'm glad Aang and Katara got to live Happily Ever After.

The feels!! I can't take the feels!! Katara saved Aang, and thus the world. And if Sokka wasn't being a jerk at just the right time, he wouldn't have angered Katara enough to accidentally waterbend so fiercely which broke the ice containing Aang. If all three hadn't met Topher and encouraged and loved her better than her parents ever did, she wouldn't have learned/discovered metal bending. Team Avatar saved the world in so many ways. ❤

This pictures very well how Aang and Katara's relationship works: they loved each other basically at first sight, but Aang was too kiddish and carefree to prove himself as capable of caring for her, and Katara was too somber and traumatised to be honest to herself about her feelings and tried very hard to convince herself her love was motherly or sisterly, until 'The Fortuneteller' forced her to reconsider; but from the very beginning, each one had exactly the other sought: Katara had the hope and maturity Aang needed, and Aang had the joy and innocence Katara had lost. The official Avatar channel says Aang won Katara's heart at the moment he stopped the volcano, but I disagree -- that was when she *realised* it; in my opinion the moment he actually won her over was when they penguin-sledded -- at that moment Katara's childhood was restituted.

I really love the scene at the end of The Serpent's Pass when Aang tells Katara about how he felt when seeing the happiness between that family after Hope's birth; in my opinion it's their most touching moment in the entire series. We also need to consider the symbolism present in that moment when he says "It reminded me of how I feel about Appa ... and how I feel about you." Think about it - Appa is his closest friend and therefore the one thing from his past that he has the biggest sentimental attachment to, so in that instance he straight up told Katara, someone whom he's only known for about a month by contrast, that he feels just as emotionally attached to her as he does to Appa. To be told by someone you've only known for a pretty short amount of time that they get the same level of happiness out of having you in their life as another person they've known for a longer time really is a formula for the kind of reaction Katara gives when she hears him tell her that.

The reason Aang and Katara were so great imo is because of how their relationship was built and fleshed out throughout the entire show. That's the reason I personally would never choose the other ship over it. I think zutara could have been a good/interesting relationship choice too by the end if it was more developed and kataang wasn't already so much in focus for so long.

Yep, the last scene with Aang and Katara sealing their love for each other with a passionate kiss really is the best moment. Though, I also like the scene when Katara brings Aang to a calm after an intense moment with the Sandbenders.

That final scene was just beautiful. Not really much else to say. The pure love they have for one another is something really rare in the modern day. One I have never experienced but watch that scene made me crave it even more. It was a very powerful moment and enduced a feeling of hope, one I had never had before. Thank you Aang and Katara.

Another beautiful Kataang moment i realised was that the Kyoshi girls were following aang because of what he could do not because they cared about him and the moment they found him uninteresting they decided to leave and my favorite scene was they were walking away from the screen, we see Katara walking straight up to Aang clearly showing that she will always be with Aang at his best or his worst, this was the best hint to me really of how well Kataang was written, they'll always be there for each other

People complained the video bcuz their zutara shippers. Mind u zuko in the 1st season have no problem going through lengths 2 hurt someone even katatra. So even if it was canon in book 1 it was unhealthy 4rom the start. Also zuko is 16 and katara is 13 so it feels awakard seeing them 2ether bcuz I see her as a 12 yr old kid. It does annoyed me katara friendzone him a lot while getting jealous when he's with other girls when he's obviously crushing her. Still anng is surprisedly patient with katara a lot while doing what he can being friends while being the avatar, it's sweet they becoming friends into something more is an example of what a healthy relationship. Nothing against zutara shippers this is just my option of how I viewed and see the show as canon shippers. Sorry of my rant have 2 speak my mind.
