Get japan sunscreen. I find kbeauty sunscreen use more marketing BS, meanwhile japanese sunscreen just do the job

I still use the Missha sun milk. I really like it. I love the matte, soft finish. My skin feels so soft and smooth. My only complain is the fragrance. I don't usually mind it but this one, the fragrance lingers for hours. The person beside you can smell it too. It has a nice powdery scent. I like it for the summer. But I wish Missha would tone down its fragrance. lol

Oh Snap. You where digging in deep with the Etude Surprise Mild Watery SPF. Back in the day It was my tried & true. I think it was my 1st Korean sunscreen. I my pre teen child uses it still. ❤❤❤ have a beautiful day Soo. Ciao. We live in the AZ desert & this works for us.

Definitely need big bottles of body sunscreens!!!! I been using SkinAqua and Kose Sun cut all summer in my body 🤍🤍🤍 I love the Numbuzin #1 for face too … great recommendations!!!!!

The Missha is still my favorite I’ve tried, I liked it better than the Isntree sun stick! It goes on so easily and doesn’t mess up my makeup. Innisfree has a primer sunscreen that’s similar.

When I was in Seoul, I got Aestura Derma UV365 Red Calming Tone-up Sunscreen. Even if I’ve super fair skin I can’t use it as a sunscreen’s replacement because it makes me look like a ghost but if I use a small amount after two-finger of another sunscreen, my skin looks just flawless. I was really surprised!

As a Korean, I also don’t mind some “white cast” (aka “tone up”) in a sunscreen. I once tried the Etude House Sunmilk and liked the formula, but it had a minty scent which I found odd. Currently, my 2 main sunscreens are Round Lab’s tone up sunscreen and Innisfree’s no sebum tone up sunscreen. The Innisfree one is matte and mineral-based, which is ideal for oily skin and hot humid climates. The Round Lab one is moisturizing and has a glowy finish, which is better for normal-dry skin and cooler weather. Also, I sometimes use Numbuzin’s Base Skip sunscreen for casual days and lighter coverage.

Hello Soo, thank you for sharing these with us. I was wondering if you could recommend something similar to the Innisfree Eco Safety Perfect Sunblock SPF 50+. I read online that it has been discontinued and I was not able to find another sunscreen that I like quite as much. I am not sure it it has been rebranded rather than discontinued so anyinformation would be highly appreciated

I’ve been using the AHC Safe On sun serum for a while now. As a brown girl, I love it coz it has zero whitecast (since it’s a serum lol). Probably not a good idea for summer tho. It made me a bit oily during summer but it would be great for cooler weather

I also love the AHC Safe On sun serum! You didn't mention that at first it has a lovely smell, like guava, which disappears. It is clear going on, has a slight pink tint coming out of the container. Lovely.

have you tried the missha sunmilk essence 50spf (blue cap one) ? I prefer it over the soft finish ! it has no white cast !! and it still super cheap compared to the other ones :)

I have been using P.Calm Water Barrier all summer good for sweating/ working outside … if u not alcohol sensitive SkinAqua in the pump bottle and Kose Suncut are incredible I use them on body only tho burns my face

I love the Haru Haru and D'Alba (not the tone up) ones, but hated the Etude House airy finish as it dried my skin so much. I want to try the round lab at some point. I also love the new Purito one, SKIN1004, Numbuzin and Torriden sunscreens which aren't talked about as much but are great too. Never heard of the brand House of Dohwa though, they don't seem to be on Yesstyle or Stylevana

The Numbuzin one she mentioned would probably dry out your skin like the Etude House one did…it’s a zinc oxide sunscreen. It also feels just like diaper cream when you put it on, and it contains tea tree oil which can also dry/irritate skin. But they do have at least 1 chemical one this year - you might be referring to that!

That must be why, I don't like tea tree oil as I have very sensitive and dry skin, my skin always find drier after using the sunscreen compared to before@@sovrappensiero1

Thanks for the video and I adore you and your content. In regards to Stylevana, many of us have had problems with. They lost my shipment and I have emailed their customer service multiple times and no response. I have spent a lot of money purchasing from them in the past and it’s a shame that they treat their customers this way. I know you and many others use their links to help sell their products but they really do lack integrity by not responding, taking people’s money and not reshipping lost products. I just wanted to bring awareness to this topic and ongoing concern. I used to see others express concerns about Stylevana and I thought - oh come on, I always order from there and I never have issues, this can’t be true. It’s now happened to me and I am out a good deal of money. Regardless, I know there is not much you can do, but I wanted to highlight this as so many are going through the same with this company. Thanks for all your recommendations, I have purchased so much because of you and my skin is much healthier because of it. You are amazing! ❤

Tone up sunscreens just dont work for my caucasians skin, everybody always thinks I'm sick cause I look pale af😂 I tried 2 new sunscreens this year, the tocobo bio watery sun cream and dewytree's urban anti pollution, both felt nice and will definitely be repurchased

For our safety, we can’t assume that companies who didn’t care about the integrity of their SPF products in the past, suddenly developed a conscience. 🤣 It’s also possible that other countries also have this issue. Hope the publicity incentivizes mfgs to be more honest/transparent. Tks so much!!

All these korean sunscreen and none beats price point, formulation and texture of sun aqua uv moisture milk. Simple, not many jibbijabba nor fragrance, cheap and simply do the job. Sunscreen doesnt mean to be absorbed to deeper layer of your skin, except anti oxidant ingredient, no need to jibbi jabba around hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, bla bla bla. The same with make up. I found most korean sunscreen stings my eyes, overprice compared to japan sunscreen, heavily fragrance (why not spray perfume to your face, eh?)

I've just opened mine and it doesn't smell like cheese...it has a faint, sweet, "old school cometic-y" smell. I prefer fragrance free skincare but it doesn't bother me
