Even Elmers Glue? It’s what we did in the sixties. Worked great. The white color does go away - unless you’re way too over handed. We used to use a toothpick to paint the false lash. Little kids even ate it in kindergarten. Yeah, they did.

Okay want to add an update! I bought the Falscara kit and they are even better than the Impress, the only difference is you add the light coat of adhesive to your lashes with a mascara-like wand and then crimp the clusters to your own lashes, so you can use a broader range of lashes, wisps, even non-Falscara ones. I’ve never tried lashes that look so beautiful without “glue” on my eyes! They look so natural but long and lush, amazing.

@@Amy-qe7ti Yes ma’am! It really is dead one. If you search them side by side, you cannot tell the difference. When I go to wipe them off, Pat’s has a bit more staying power, but not that much more. It’s the best dupe IMO for a shade I really can’t live without in my collection!

@@Amy-qe7ti I end up putting them in a drawer and forgetting to use them and if I do use them I have to wash them right away so they're not just sitting out on my vanity rolling around because they can't go it a cup. Brands that do dual ended brushes need to come up with an innovative cute desk top type storage for them.

I have the newer one that has the coconut smell. I love it. It does run a little yellow. I recommend it to everyone who struggles with the too dry concealer formula

I think you’re right. I have only watched Mandy when I see a topic I think might interest me but I have subscribed because I think it’s only polite to do so. I do this for every KZfaqr, if I watch more than once, I subscribe. I know that some of the big KZfaqrs have said that they usually only have time to read replies and or comment for a couple of hours (some less) after a video has aired. Which I think is totally fair. I understand each video requires a lot of time and effort to make. But at least they are taking some time to show their gratitude. Having said that being from Australia when I see videos they have already been up for 12 hours or more with 1000’s of views and 100’s of comments. So if I comment I don’t expect it to be seen by the poster much less be answered by them, and when I do make a comment I do so expecting that other people may appreciate it or if it’s a question, other viewers may have the answer for me. Which is why until your comment I had not noticed that Mandy does not respond which I find kind of rude but definitely ungrateful on her behalf. I don’t know if it’s polite or acceptable to name others KZfaqrs on someone else’s site so I won’t but I can tell you that there is another person I watch. And I watch all of her videos regardless of the content, not just for what I may learn from her, as I do with this channel but also because I really enjoy her and her personality. She has 100+k subscribers and I have noticed that she leaves lots of comments and ❤️’s . Last week I did comment on her page, almost a day after her video was uploaded, I commented admiring her phone case which was not one of the items she was showing but she did pick it up to refer to some info she had on it. Not expecting a response but not only did she give my comment a ❤she also replied!!!!! Thanking me for my comment AND letting me know where she got it!!! I must say not only were my socks blown off but I was also really really chuffed! As I said I was already a subscriber and love her and her content but she now 100% has a lifetime subscriber in me. Which in turn makes me wonder if I should be subscribing to and therefore adding to the earnings of, KZfaqrs that I only occasionally watch and that also don’t show their appreciation for the people contributing to their earnings? Maybe that’s being petty? I don’t know. But it is something I will certainly consider.

Ps i recently learned that by leaving a comment KZfaq notes it and adjusts the algorithm (and potentially the income?) to give the channel more exposure. Which is why a lot of the channels now ask you questions and or ask you to comment. This adds to the icky feeling I now have about Mandy’s channel since she is asking us to comment and don’t get me started on them telling us to subscribe!! Some do it in such a way that even if I did like what I watched I will not subscribe on principle. And I subscribe to all of the ones that politely ask us to consider subscribing. To me it’s like they are saying “don’t forget to pay me” or worse the ones that say “make sure you pay me” Maybe I’m just old but in my book manners will always get you further.

I completely agree with everything you said there. I like how you say “don’t forget to pay me” I’m not subscribed to her for this reason. And as you say when people leave lovely messages and then the KZfaqr replies it makes them feel so chuffed. There are more higher profile KZfaqrs that reply and ❤️. And she can’t say it’s because she has kids too because there’s plenty of KZfaqrs with young children. I feel like it’s like she’s just putting out a video for her benefit to get money, which yeah they are but a reply of just a “thank you” isn’t very hard that’s the whole point of her job in going into KZfaq

@@nickywinkworth2577 she definitely doesn’t have an excuse that’s for sure. In my opinion it is simply a matter of bad manners and a lack of gratitude.

I think her job is to provide informative videos to help us wade through millions of beauty products! And I think she does that beautifully. I could care less if she sends you hearts and kisses!
