Seungkwan is the best vocalist in SVT from a technical point of view.. The reason he is always on Top 5 when it comes to rankings is coz he deserves it.. Also DK is a great vocalist and I prefer his vocal tone more than Boo's but that doesnt take away his talent at all.. Even Chen has talked abt how Seungkwan is his favorite idol vocalist..

And also D.O produces resonance which is mostly chesty and more forward that's why people always that he doesn't produce resonance while most of the vocal coaches praised his pop technique and forward resonance, search it if you don't know

It hurts, actually. I've felt this for years now since Seventeen became more popular. More carats are trying to bring down and aggressively compare our two main vocals when they obviously have different tones and vocal color. Technically they're both good, it's just that they have different strengths. However, Seungkwan stands out as a singer/performer to people who are knowledgeable enough because not only his vocal techniques and prowess are good but also his performance skills. Now, DK has the potential to surpass Boo in technique if he keeps on training and performing classically because he definitely has the voice, the range, and the depth in him. Only if Seungkwan stops training his voice OR if he overuses it though.

BTS was never considered vocal strog group in Korea since debut- they have a somewhat strong rap line- but that's also considered cringy until they gained popularity in US. Those new to kpop thought BTS was the only Kpop group. BTS is overrated and armys know this but they won't ever acknowledge it- so good for BTS!

This is by far the most accurate vocal rankings. I've seen some vocal rankings from professional itself and the results were also the same. D.O. always have this " chill and idgf" mode, that's why some people tend to underestimate him. You know that's just who he is. He kept slaying even without even trying that hard. I am also a fan of Exo, although I'm relatively new. I became a fan of Exo because of their voices. Initially, I was interested in another group, but I noticed that their fandom was too arrogant about their achievements and strengths, so I decided not to follow them anymore. Let's not be like that. I think we, as Exo-L, should remain humble about Exo's vocal talent. We all know how good they are. Every singer has their own abilities. So, Exo-L, let's be more humble about the quality of the group we love. I have never seen the members of Exo being arrogant about their vocals, even when their voices are at this level. They continue to take vocal lessons and learn. That shows their humility, and we should follow their example. Let's not let people hate us by considering us arrogant. Saranghaja.

Just yesterday I saw a vocal coach who did an honest assessment of the kpop artists with the best vocal technique and he starts by reassuring the fandoms, because many popular groups weren't there. And he speaks so well of seungkwan, for having an almost perfect technique and talks about how DK has an unpolished technique, that his technique is very ambitious and that it can lead to damage to his vocal cords. 🫨

It seems you all don't know about technique. But underestimate Kyungsoo's abilities, and always put him in 3rd place. He deserves 2nd place, because it's all about technique Not just considering the high note. You guys are always fixated on chenbaeksoo so think of ksoo as third place. Omg i can't with that thought

the gap isn't big between d.o and eunkwang, but I think currently eunkwang is slightly better. Recently kyungsoo is kinda stylish with his vocal wich could've lend him into regression but he didn't 🙂

I agreed with you in earlier deputing Seungkwan’s voice outstanding in SVT but this past few years DK’s vocals is equally good example Kidult is a vocals challenge song and the producers gave the hardest lines to DK+ he harmonies and ad libs he got a lot of work to do in that song besides that DK had filled up Seungkwan’s lines when Seungkwan’s absence from stages performance with tension free than SK and u never see SK fill up DK’s lines even one time in their career so my point recently these two have good techniques if you not being biased

I don't know how much of these videos are factually correct.But I've always seen seungkwan being ranked next to exo and btob's vocals .Its very sad that his own fandom is not being vocal and proud about it and try to reduce his skills.He deserves better.

DK is good no doubt but Seungkwan is more proficient in terms of technique & skills. EXO & BTOB are legends. But yes Seungkwan deserves better! ❤

Taeil and Doyoung definitely deserve much more recognition... Just to mention Taeil attended Hanyang University as an Applied Music major which is known for being one of the most competitive programs in the country. He beat a competition of 407:1 and out of 5 selected, he was the only guy! Anyone who knows about it knows that Taeil has excellent vocal technique, just listen to his cover of Baby Baby - 4MEN to realize it. This ranking absolutely doesn't represent reality...
