I was a 10 year old kid when I first saw Princess Diana step out in that dress and I was so happy and proud of her for raising a huge middle finger to Charles in the form of a dress. She slayed in that dress! She gave me the confidence to be myself and be proud of it.

I just wanna say that Princess Diana was just there living her life, no reality tv show, no butt or plastic surgery. Diana inspired and is still continuing to inspire so many people in the fashion industry. She was just there literally chilling and created soo many fashion moments! I mean she owned ‘The revenge dress’, ‘Athleasure’, etc.

Definitely. Princess Diana invented athleisure style with the outfit consisting of an oversized sweatshirt, bicycling shorts, chunky sneakers, and crew length socks.

She did not need any of that as she was blessed with a model's figure. If she had lived longer, she may have done it in time, but she was only 32 or 33 when she wore the revenge dress. She passed at 36 so she never got old. Of course, nasty rumors claim Kate had a facelift at 35 but I don't think that is true or she would look better. Besides with the cosmetics we have today no woman should need one that young, not even in their 40's. You know she has access to the best in cosmetics. I doubt she has used Botox too. My sister-in-law uses Botox and looks a very youthful at 62. Kate is only 41 but looks 50.

I love Princess Diana and loved how she just seemed like she was saying "Screw it" and put on that iconic "Revenge Dress". I also saw that the homewrecking Camila Bowels, or whatever her name is, tried to "attempt" to wear a similar dress to Princess Diana's and nope, didn't work. She'll always be a poor man's Princess Diana to me and regardless of him being a Prince, Charles will always be that poor man. He never deserved Princess Diana but I do think the world was lucky we had her for the time we did.

Camila tried to copy Diana in the hopes she’d win people over, however that will never happen and it just looked so copycat and tacky when she tried. Camila and Charles both stupidly chose to cheat then expected the public to like Camila. Other than being known as the woman who broke Charles and Diana up, she will never come close to Diana’s status Diana who would go see sick people try to offer comfort to them. Diana was named the peoples princess for a reason

@@SMRCEC I agree 100%. And when you really think about it, has anyone made a movie or TV show about her? There are no documentaries about her either. When she's dead no one will remember her. But it's over 20 years since Princess Diana has passed and not only is she still referred to as Princess Diana, she is still remembered and will continue to be for a long time. Bowels won't be able to say the same. 🤷🏻♀️

Well Camilla soon will be the Queen and Diana is the Princess of Hearts. Unfortunatelly many judge, but Charles never loved Diana, he married her by obligation. For him all his life was just Camilla. Charles and Diana were two different people, that s why they never get on. Charles is an intelectual and Diana was interested in fashion and dance.

How could you leave off Minnie Driver's red hot dress at the Oscars for "Good Will Hunting" after Matt Damon dumped her on "Oprah"??? That look was incredible and even more so incredible given the very public way in which she was humiliated? Minnie knocked that look out of the park!

@SEGASister a revenge body is what goes into the revenge dress… Usually women work out heavily, tone up, drop weight and are basically at their best overall body physically fit wise… I hope that helps 👍🏻

the POINT was they came out smiling happy and beautiful after their husband or boyfriend had publicly embarrassed them with another woman. What made Diana's iconic was she had never worn anything so daring. That was her first time. they were already legally separated, and she was no longer a working Royal. She was not only say FU to Charles but FU to the restrictive Royal protocol rules she was supposed to STILL follow. She made it clear she was no longer following those rules in that dress. She wore many more juts as gorgeous sexy dresses after that. My favorite is the ice blue cocktail dress she wore with her aquamarine ring. gone was the frumpy Diana the Royals wanted her to be that we saw in the 80's.
