中国にもロックやメタルが勃興していて良かった。ロック、メタルに国境や人種は関係ない。 彼らが母国語でパフォーマンスしてる事が凄く良い。 なにより、ライブに熱狂してるオーディエンスの姿が特に良かった。 みんな、ロックが好きなんだよね。ロック好きに悪い奴はいないよ。 クオリティはともかく、彼らのロックへの熱い情熱は伝わった。

@Theo Pruvost Year 8 Nine treasures, Tengri Cavalry are considered as Inner Mongolian bands of China. Mongolians (the ones that are not part of China) don't know chinese.

As a metal head from America I don't know why I ever looked to see if metal music was a thing in the Chinese culture but I'm heavenly surprised and happy. The bands suffocated, twisted machine & stockingshit are magic.

@@jennifer9047 not just there, but have got a second floor as well. ))) I heard from one local girl there that into the metal music that back in the days death metal was a big deal among teenagers. Now it’s a rap music of course.

@@soulcoholic Yeah, we had lots of hard rock, punk, and metal when I went college there. And later when I moved back, there was a place called The Speakeasy that featured great local live bands and some touring and international ones, too. There was a group of Italians living in Kunming at the time and they started a punk band called Spermatozeus that later morphed into Smegma Riot. Man, they were fun to hang out with. 🤣 There was a Mongolian metal band, and a couple emo rock college bands, too. Kinda like Hedgehog (刺猬）. And the scene at Nordica was super cool, too. Swedish arthouse stuff and prog metal. Well, I wish I'd stayed long enough to meet you! 😊 Cheers!

昔、唐朝っていうハードロックバンドがあってすごくよかったのだけど、当時のお国事情からロックやってるアーティストさんは、国のブラックリストに載ってるって噂があり、なかなか自由に活動できなかったらしいです。 当時から中華ロックに興味があって、その後どうなったんだろうって思っていたので、なんかめちゃめちゃ嬉しいです！

言語は何よりの問題だよ、日本のバンドの中、世界中で名を挙げたのはXだけでしょう？ちなみに中国のロック文化は80年代から始まったの、90年代に入ったらすでに成熟していた、色んなジャンルも発展し始めた、すごいミュージシャンもいっぱいいるよ。でも流行っているのはロックじゃないけど、これはたぶん今どこに行っても同じだね。

As a Chinese I want to say that some of them are not of the high-levels in China. There are many better metal bands that are not that famous. According to the video maker's taste, these bands in the video are all full of Chinese national features, which perhaps is a limitation for you to find more really good Metal bands in my country. Mysterain and Suffocated my favorites so far! Liked the first one too, that guy looks like the Chinese version of the singer from Ramstein, a massive unit. But my all time two faves are Stockingshit, the ones dressed like soldiers with the millitary parade in the beginning of the clip, and then the Nine Treasures band, their riffs were original and really slapped! And the ones with the traditional mongolian throat singing, they were very good too. The Last Success isn't really my kind of metal, but I certainly can apreciate the insane talent on display both in their instrumental technique and their singing, definitely some boss level stuff there! ❤ China! ✌ xxx ♥ Metal! ✊ xxx ⭐

My personal favorite was 'STOCKINGSHIT' they reminded me of a couple bands from old school death days, bands like Anal Cunt (AC) and Macabre. Out of control but so beautiful! Cheers from the states, there are still sane people living over here and the love for metal is proof!

Emmmm......Personally I will tick some of them off from the list as a pure Chinese. Just pick one between nine treasures and Tengger Cavalry because they are really similar type. 小雨，扭曲的机器，零壹，梦灵are good ，but not good enough to stay on top10( sorry I’m too lazy to check those bands English name)． I see Taiwan bands in there too. I’m open mind so I don’t care about the one country or two problem. But I think 闪灵，幻日，血肉果汁机those three are better than 土匪亡灵合唱团 as Taiwan bands. The last successor is great but they stopped active for a long time. So I may pick晦涩梦境as progressive metal . If it ok to put djent, then Von Citizen and 直惘 must on the list. Black Kirin is obviously one of the top 10. Zuriaake is great great black metal and Deep Mountain is also a band similar to Zuriaake. Vote one for 施教日, another type of black metal.( only their first album is the best I think) Black trash band骸骨占卜is awesome. 雪沉is a great folk metal. Die from sorrow!!!!how can you forget them?Forst eve is also awesome melody death. Not enough space for Core bands, not a fan of slam or grind. But if someone want to know I will say some of them. Also tell me some awesome bands from your country please. I’m sorry that I’m lazy to find those bands English name. But you know, just cope the word and google them. ( it’s kind hard to choose the top 10 XD, there are like 100 Chinese black metal I knew and I had to pick my favorite, almost impossible job)

Deep Mountains was a nice listen. I discover the Chinese metal scene at the start of this year, it's honestly so good. At first I found Black Kirin, they impressed me with their creative use of Chinese instruments and opera, then they made me cry with Nanking Massacre (金陵祭壹之大曲 is possibly one of the best songs I heard this year). Then I discover Zuriaake and their music hypnotize me. I never heard anything like them before. Their albums Gu Yan and Afterimage of Autumn have so much emotion and atmosphere, I love it. I didn't really listen to their other albums yet but these two are masterpieces. I'd love to hear these two bands live sometime, but they are so far away. I hear Zuriaake was in Europe last year, that would have been amazing thing to see. But it's sad to hear that apparently Black Kirin can't afford Europe tour yet.
