Funny one from Gintama: heroine Kagura fakes being sick to get back at her friends only to wind up in the hospital, declared in critical condition, and then placed in a STATE funeral procession while she's still alive. Like every episode of Gintama, it went from 0 to holy shit rather quickly.

In YGO, the Pharaoh playing the seal of Orichalcos thus losing his dragon's trust. In Naruto, many of Danzo's decisions put the village in danger. If I had to pick one on top, I'd say preventing peace between the leaf village and the mist village, since this is what led to Nagato becoming Pain.

I never finished the second season because one of the episodes I saw made it seem like I missed the previous episode, so I was going to watch it again but I could never find it, to my knowledge only the first season is on Netflix.
