#19 JuJu from what my buddy told me about Army PFT two-mile male run; to ace the exam 13 minutes in required for soldiers ages 17-21. And the US army all time 2 mile run record is held by Pfc. Holden Isley at 11 minutes 53 seconds. 6 min/mile average per soldier seems unrealistic

Luka Galić Wrong, during world war 2, the SAS used hit and run tactics against the German airforce in North Africa. Their job was to disrupt and cause chaos, crippling the Luftwaffa' ability to maintain air superiority. It wasn't until the late 20th century that the SAS started specialising more methodically in dealing in anti insurgency and terrorist operations.

I'd like to know what criteria WatchMojo used to determine the top 10 Special Forces. I am always leary when I watch these type of videos. Although each of these groups have similar training and missions, ultimately they have unique characteristics that are probably defined by their country's government and military.

I look military history sometimes. The majority of SOGs are based either directly on the SAS model or based on another SOG that was based on the SAS. Its not that hard to see that the SAS is the grandfather of SOGs

Something funny that I read from mark Donaldson for over sasr, his team were in Hawaii for a training exercise with the seals and at the end they were tasked to run the seals course against the seals, hilariously they won and the mark recalls hearing the seals getting a loud talking too aha

You may not be aware but I will tell you this SWAT which the GSG 9 are pretty much are considered Tier 1 Operators (Special Forces) not the best but there up there who do you think trains em? They gotta be ready to fight terrorist on a moments notice would of took to long to get the main guys! There not just police with better armor or gear! Hope I helped you understand

People allways forget during SAS training in part 3/4 they have to run away from SAS troops fully equiped with thermal sights and dogs in the middle of a jungle, before being captured and being beaten and interrogated for 7 whole days on no food and little water. Do not underestemate SAS real MOD soldiers have died during the SAS recruitment stages

No offensive but as skilled as the SAS is running 4 miles in 3 minutes is impossible, they would need to run at 70 meters a second and a mile every 23 seconds, they would run at about 156 miles per hour to do that. Now a soldier running at 156 miles per hour is not somebody i want to annoy.

Liberty prime Augmented sentinel power armour had to be done, since we are still a Commonwealth country. Australian Defence Force were essentially given their own command in the early 90s, and their “own” Honours system (which was the same as the British), hence in order to differentiate from the British SAS, they added Regiment to the name.

Delta and SEALS are completley diffrent things, Delta is just specially trained guerilla warfare soldiers, SEALS are trained target killers who work in water, deploy from the air, and very good at what they do. Who killed Osama Bin Laden again?

Chibzey how would you know? They're not guys who take down targets. They're like more elite rangers. Im not saying Delta arent badass cause they are, but the training has almost the same attrition rate for ex: Delta had 12 men passing through the training class of 200 men, SEALS have on average 300 men in the class with only 16 or as low as 10 men passing. Should give you an idea with SEAL team 6 having EVEN LOWER average men passing. Edit: There are no women in the SEALS, Delta didn't save Jessica Bucchanon. Don't you think that if Delta did kill Bin Laden they WOULD have been popularized. Who saved the captain of the "Maersk Alambama",?
