You neglected to mention that in the scene with the taxi? The ultimate kicker of that joke was the fake beard he had glued on his face was made of the entire cast members pubic hair… AND someone had crabs.

Bam didn't break clauses they were illegal and therefore unenforceable given legally you cannot restrict someone from seeking and following up with doctors. His doctor was fully aware of his addiction history and deemed the Adderall necessary for treatment. I'm not defending substance abuse but they fired him specifically for failing a drug test yet the source of said failure was the result of him getting a prescription of Adderall from his doctor. Furthermore, the lawsuit that he filed would later be dropped with prejudice meaning he couldn't refile it at his request, because they reached a settlement with jackass in lieu of proceeding with the costly lawsuit.
