I'll be releasing a rare cheese later this year called Bluemunk Posturi. It's a blue veined cheese ripened over 18 months. The unique milk is collected painstakingly from just over 347 chipmunks to make a single pound of cheese. Its rushed to the cheese house unpasteurized for immediate preparation to take advantage of the unique enzymes it contains. Expected retail price of $750/lb is a bargain for this rare delicacy!

I'll also be releasing a rare cheese sometime soon. It will be called Wifflaloow and will be produced from a mixture of human breast milk, bat milk, and and athlete's foot. It is entirely impossible to produce in quantities greater than half a pound at the moment as I have to use the materials that I have access to at home (I had to take hormones because I'm single). Putting the traps up in the attic was especially taxing as I had to get rabies shots, so that'll be included in the price of $7,000 per quarter ounce. mmmmmmmm TASTEY

Err.. Hate to break it to you, but No.3 isn't correct! While Wyke Farms is still a really good English Cheddar, you can pick it up in many British supermarkets for around £7/kg! (Roughly $4.30/lb)
