Kevin hart lives in a gated community and a friendly neighborhood and he still managed to get robbed. when you can build a home grow security system using tall trees,thick bushes,rose bush with thorns and you mean to tell me location significant history. You can build all of that it probably cost you a lot, but to pay 5 million dollars for a 3 bathroom house I don't think so.
