100%. if you watch closely...not only does the bike start in the middle lane...the guy in the truck tries to creep past with half of his truck straddling the outside lane to give him as much room as possible just in case. if i did that and someone kicked my door i woulda swerved the truck into their bike! I'm all for stunting wherever...but act aggressively and expect it back...and you have to realise you can't win an argument with a car on 2 wheels...

The engine was hot because he was driving it, and according to police reports the rider was someone who shoudn't have a licence to be on a bike. That's "in the wrong" little one. And looking in the mirror, one moment they are on the right, then suddenly only the left next to your door. Not anti biker in any way, but we do have to remember drivers cannot see drivers coming, especially when they are passing.

I've been ride sport bike and super-nakeds for 22 years and ride in big groups, their kind of behaviors wrong. When we'd go nuts we'd go down to "wheelie road" an industrial road clear out and away from any cars or people. The cops used to tell us that in fact lol and the one kicking the truck was SO in the wrong , he caught a parallel draft that sucked him into the truck andnthen gets pissed at truck??? Dude was just pissed he had to bail hard In front of the whole group. A lot of the these Blox guys are full on being stupid and giving bad name to all of us.

The guy on the black bike chickened out. Even though more cops were coming there would havw been no way in hell they could have caught rhem. A similar situation happen to us once and my buddy rolled up to the cop kicked his face in ans kicked his stomach, which gave my other buddy time to hop on his bike and get gone, we all had out platea bent up, and by the time the pig radioed we was miles gone. So yeah the dude on the black bike chickened out, you can even hear the dude on the green bike yell fucking coward.

If I saw someone doing wheelies at highway speeds I would put as much space as possible between me and that maniac. The truck had every right to wanna pass that asshole, the truck was in his lane and that prick on the bike almost hit him so it would be his fault not the truck driver. If anything dude derserved to be become a hood ornament & should've just on principal. With it being on video as well the courts would rule on the side of the truck driver & could file a subpoena for the video to prove it, he did nothing wrong he was following the rules of the road it was the biker who should've been flattened.

Jay Speed We need a law that addresses what to do when someone holding a camera is quoting fake laws while arguing with police. Baton to the teeth and an arrest is reasonable I’d say. After a judge reviews the evidence of course.

Kian He was able to keep the bike but the next day it got towed. He was part of ROC and parked his bike to get drinks. Came back and the trooper towed it. They confiscated 86 bikes that year. 2013

Is there a way I can find more information on the last clip. I’d like to know the story behind why they were trying to seize his bike. He was probably out doing wheelies and dipped home and somebody reported the bike. I’d like to know the outcome of this whole ordeal. Seems to be going in the bikers favor being that the police can’t give one solid, concrete answer as to why they were confiscating his bike. Clearly if they had one, they would have given it hah.

LowNSlowIII lmfao only obeys the law when it's in his his favor. Like most people. Use the law to their favor while breaking the law that created the entire situation in the first place. I highly doubt the police would waste their time unless they had VERY strong evidence. So much in fact that they don't even bother to tell him. It's the equivalent of saying. You know what you did, we both know. Then again police do things even when they do not have proof just to annoy you and make u pay out of pocket. I went to an attorney one time over a similar situation , I didn't do anything but i have a horrible driving record . I was part of the group but not part of the incident. My attorney said, It's something we can prove but the cost to do it wasn't worth the payoff and really doesn't make a difference. To him or his record. Basically they kicked it out but I had to pay to get my car out of the tow yard $275 plus my attorney. They are infamous for taking smaller things like this out of files. 90% of time cops let me go or do not give me a moving violation give me something silly. Occasionally I get a egomaniac. Like everyone there is always a bad fruit spoiling the batch.
