The biggest trend in street and dirt bikes today is BLACK RIMS. Black rims on Black Rubber, LOL , why not just dip the bike in black or brown and call it a day, I'll never buy a bike that doesn't have lots of chrome and contrast.

1200 custom seems to be slowly evolving into a cafe racer. I like that, they make great short distant commuters.

yes i agree, what do you think about more power or more RPM seems like the sportsters are too slow, especially the 883 low power to no power, about 80 mph is a good average

HD still can’t figure out how to close rear tire fender gap. Have to dump another 10k just to make these bike look cool. Geeks designing these bikes!

Just like cars...more money for less quality. More electrical, sensors, and plastic for more money. Would rather buy a used old one and rebuild it, still would last longer and be cheaper to rebuild in my opinion.

My dream bike is any of the ultras but im almost done with my 13 hertiage and its just in good condition now that has a 400 starter in. I can see the lite at end of the tunnel.

You can get a 10 year old bike with 10K miles for about 8K. About as good as a new one.

Btw, how is Harley going to survive financially if they are pricing out the new generation? Questions the millennials will not ask themselves: 1) Should I buy a $30K moto or put a down payment on a house? 2) Should I finance a $12K Sporty or pay down my school loans? 3)Should I buy a $50K trike or start a family? I don’t know what Harley-Davidson has up it’s sleeve, but it’s future looks bleak.

Harley-Davidson will have to upgrade its motor again if they want to survive. They need better cooling and the elimination of legacy technology like the chain primary drive and the three hole oil fill. Their bikes are still using LED bulbs for some reason as if their getting kick backs from a led company or something.

the seat is still molded too close to the engine head and its too low and the molded seat does not look like a harley. they need to put the 1922 seat on a long roll gas tank like the old days.

The new standard comes in like 13.5. Put some money down and finance like 10-11 k. It was reasonable. The bike rips. I personally think anymore than that for a bike is way too much.

Substandard graphics and design feayures for such an expensive ride. Yes l am an owner ×2. A 96 Nightrain and an '02 heritage classic. 88 not enough snot for the money. No longer impressed with Harley.

All ugly as shit. I wouldn't pay more that $5k new for any of those. Harley will be out of business soon anyway so it really doesn't matter much. Increasing the prices when global sales are down over 20% is a sign of desperation.
