What about the duck-human hybrid from... I forget which episode, but it was a camp of zoophiles, and the creature was the result of, well... I really don't wanna spell it out. What's worse is that I read in medieval times, people caught doing this would be executed because they feared it'd create such an offspring.

YES...absolutely. Funny bit of trivia about the woman who played his fiancé...she was the voice of Miss Pam from the Mr Wong net cartoons back in the day. But yes, Adler’s flashbacks were really eerie and unsettling.

Not going to lie, the fact that the Trapper Keeper absorbs Cartman and transforms him into a mutated blob, referencing how Tetsuo couldn't control his Powers in Akira, that ligitimatly scarred the 💩 out of me. And so did the Succubus planning to marry Chef, also scarred the 💩 out of me.

I know you covered Kenny's deaths in a blanket entry, but the Halloween episode when he becomes a zombie really sticks out. Also, there are some others that would've fit this list: Chef's death, Mr Mackie's dealings with the scooters, and Butters' dancing accident, for example.

Every other death in the series is just a simple accident (Clyde's mom getting her insides sucked out by a toilet), but they gave Chef the most gruesome death in the entire series: Fall from a broken burning bridge while on fire, then tumbles down a cliff, only to get impaled, then have a mountain lion and a grizzly bear finish him off by taking one of his legs and his face, then shits himself, and that's how it ended. Fuck that Child Molesting cult.

This goes back to the early days of South Park, but spooky fish always creeped me out. Every time Stan would turn his head or close his eyes, the fish bowl would be closer until it was sitting on top of him. Funny and creepy at once.

A great suggestion. Other than his character traits, he drank Kenny’s ashes, having Kenny killed for his PSP, he gave Kyle HIV, used Kenny to acquittal stem cells to clone shankey’s pizza, refusing donate his kidney for a dying Kyle, f*ed up bet with Kyle about Leprechaun, Casa Bonita incident, taking every chances to have better things to show up, getting them into troubles, nearly killed them, the list goes on.

A lot of these were top-notch, but mine will always be Chef's death, the half-duck, half-human creature in the camp of zoophiles, and the whole thing with Britney Spears. As desensitized as I am, those three will always haunt me. These guys are masters of horror, and they don't even try!

I gonna say the Trapper Keeper absorbs Cartman is based the old anime movie called Akira 1988 when we can see a creature is like the same trapper keeper of Cartman but different absorbing killing people in Tokyo like in the series

I'm surprised Scott Tennorman's Parents Chili one didn't take the #1 on every other SP list that I've seen. The Woodland Critters aren't even scary, lol. They were just funny af to me. Personally I was pretty spooked out by the creepy af ginger kids when I saw the episode for the first time but I've since seen the episode many, many times and it's one of my all time favorites.

Nightmare fuels are the best part about south park. When was the last nightmare fuel in south park? Everything seems normal but also dumb. EDIT: That winnie the pooh moment was surprising. Though could've been used more.
