The Double-Down from KFC - 2 Chicken Breast with cheese & 3 strips of bacon in between. This is one of the most Outrageous Fast Food items I've ever seen.

The Halloween Whopper from *Burger King* is definitely and totally one of THE Tastiest Halloween Themed Burger I Absolutely Love! I can get used to Burger King for coming up on the Best Halloween Themed Foods, like Ghost Pepper Nuggets, Spooky Blackberry Slush, Nightmare King, White Ghost Whopper and the Ghost Pepper Whopper!

The double big mac is too dry. They need to add more mac sauce between the extra pattys otherwise you're just chewing on too much meat.

I just considered the green poo to be a spooky surprise.😂 Also i used to go to McDonald's when the mcrib was back. Id get a large hamburger patty and a grilled chicken patty on my mcrib. I called it the barnyard.

A lot of these are absolutely ridiculous. When I was younger, I’d love to eat fast food but now that I’m older, I understand that it’s unhealthy and I rarely eat fast food now. I’d like to cook my own food now.

Here's something even more outrageous. The KFC Double Down Dog! Unveiled back in 🇵🇭, the Double Down Dog even has its cult following in the U.S. Unlike the U.S. counterpart, it uses the cheese and chicken dog on a curved chicken fillet as its bun.

The Meat Mountain from Arby's is so big I'll take away most of the meat to eat, leaving the ham, cheese slice, and chicken tenders on the sandwich.

Previous Arby's employee. I will say that if you have a large appetite, the meat mountain is definitely a good choice and very tasty. But, making that sandwich was a pain that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies

These sure are outrageous fast food items! I'm familiar with the last one on this list. It is insane how you have to see a doctor right after eating one of them! I use to work at Arby's, but they didn't serve the double down sandwich at the time. I had no idea it existed before and that it's out for a limited time.

The waffle taco was good. I ate that a few times at Taco Bell. I had mine without egg. I also had the Double Down at KFC once. It was good, but it was messy.

Well considering the paper thin meat patties McDonald’s uses on their Big Mac, a “double Mac” is almost a necessity. In Alaska we have the “Denali mac”. Big Mac with 2 quarter pounder Patties instead
