Alfa Romeo Alfasuds from the 1970's are unicorns. They had tin worms that could be doing a standing quarter mile in 10 seconds flat! The Alfasuds had great handling and were drivers cars. They could shake off the tin worms on a twisty road - however the tin worms would catch up on the straights - now having gotten some excercise - they would return with an even greater appetite...

Take a look at 11:32 That white car behind the AMC is a Vector W8, which is almost as rare. The Vector got its start in the 1970s as the W2, a project by a guy named Gerald Weigert to create an American supercar. It took some fifteen years, but the resulting W8 saw limited production. Definitely rare car fodder for another video!

The Panther Lima bears a close resemblence to the Morgan. Clan Crusader would look better as a fastback. As an AMC fan and having owned a 1968 AMX, the AMX/III is one of my ultimate dreamcars.

You've gotta do better research with the pics and video you show. On the Marcos Mantis you said it has pop-up headlights, it does not, and that it had a V6 engine but you showed a V8. Same thing with the Clan Crusader. You said it had like an 847cc engine which is tiny but showed what looked like a 327ci (5.4L/5400cc) Chevy engine.

You are right about the Clan Crusader's "engine", he showed a Chevy small block V8, but the Mantis engine he showed was a V6, the wire that looked like a fourth spark plug wire was actually ignition coil wire.

In 1987 the foreign car garage that serviced my exotics had a Bitter CD that had been setting there for 6 months minus it's engine and Trans. The engine was at a speed shop and work had started on converting it to a manual. The paint was still good and with the exception of the headliner the interior was decent. The guy at the garage had just got a title and said make him an offer. By time it got on the road l had $11k in it then another 3 or4k sorting it out. I wasn't expecting to be as ñice of a car as it was. Supple ride, good handling and with almost 400 hp it was plenty fast. After 5 years l found a Bizzarini 5300 and sold the CD. There's another story for the Bizzarini........

wow, good catch. What I should have said instead was if they would have added pop-up headlights at least they would have that going for them. The m70 definitely makes the lists for one of the oddest looking cars. Thank you for watching!
