don't fuck around with sleep paralysis. scariest shit that's ever happen to me. Some girl with her face covered by her hair was on top of me getting closer to my face. I swear I even felt the pressure of her weight on me and her hand reaching closer to my face. wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I have experienced sleep paralysis many times. You are conscious and aware of your surroundings but physically can not move or speak. It rarely happens now that I am older, but still happens on rare occasions when I am extremely exhausted and it is not a pleasant experience by any means. I also lived in a house with some "dark and demonic B.S." as well and that as well is something I would not wish on anyone to have to experience either. I am all for going to explore and investigate things like that, but actually having to live in that environment..... no thank you. NEVER AGAIN! I will stick with experiencing the CACA via JKBro's and KZfaq.

ive always wanted to experience sleep paralysis. science says its basically lucid dreaming, because you’re awake, but you’re still technically asleep. so it’s like whatever you’re seeing is a dream/hallucination. sounds cool! really hope to see some type of demon in my sleep one day/night :) and if it kills me, tell the internet what happened!

I experience Sleep Paralysis Weekly, I always just see a Dark Shadowy Mass. You are in a Dream State but also in a Wake state at the same time, which is why people explain seeing things(Hallucinating) The main thing to remember is to stay calm, It is not real and the paralysis will go away in a short time. It happens mainly when you are laying on your back, so try to avoid sleeping on your back. However, you can't always control your movement while you sleep.
