Tamaki Suoh is exactly the kind of guy I would normally find annoying. But that's the charm of Ouran's writers, animators and voice actors: he's amazing! My hottest guy so far despite his youth is still Usui, though. He's a really nice guy with just enough wit and bite in his personality to keep a strong heroine like Misaki on her toes without coming across as an actual pervert to the audience.
