hanarnie:') I know right. If you put aside the color, the have the similar physical features, like the same nose. Just because they have different skin tones does NOT mean they don't look the same. If I have two balls the same shape, size, with the same design painted on them BUT are different colors, does that mean they don't have any similarities? No it does not.

If a woman has sex with two or more people within a certain time frame, each egg can be fertilized by a different guy. The twins will obviously be fraternal. It can and does happen all the time.

Xyla Tucker Since the parents would be genetically the same people, the kids would be genetic siblings with their cousins. They would look like any other pair of siblings (which if those black and white twins show you, can mean that they look very alike, or not at all).

the biracial twins do look alike the only difference is their hair and skin color. Other than that you can tell from their childhood photos that they have similar facial features not identical but you can deff tell their twins. Anyone not believeing them clearly only sees race as a factor.

I have some far-related second cousins who are twins. You know that there is a day where if you are born before that day, then you are in (for example) Year 2, but if you are born after it then you are in Year 1? Well, one of them was born a few minutes before midnight before that day. The other twin was born an hour or so after midnight on that day. That means that even though they are twins, and are only an hour or so apart, one of them is in the year group above the other at school. MINDBLOWING!!!! 💥💥💥💥

I really want a twin. My fellow only children, I hope you can relate. Most of my early life I had to play by myself and "use my imagination." I never learned how to confront people, I'm not a very social person, and I have no one to talk to about how much I hate my friends sometimes. I am a female, and I really want a twin brother. Idk why, but having a sister seems kinda boring. Also due to being alone most of the time I now talk to my imaginary twin and other siblings. Send help.

I am a female and i have an older sister and trust me it is not boring at all, it is actually the best thing. We had so much fun as kids since we were born just a year apart so our ages were close. If you had a brother you wouldn't be able to discuss the things you would with a sister.

deekat3279 the coolest thing about having siblings is meeting new people especially if your sibling is outgoing. They do most of the talking in the beginning and you can join in once you feel comfortable. Also you will never be alone anywhere cause your sibling will always be your best friend that will never wanna hurt you.

I knew a pair of identical twins that were in a similar situation to the ones that were 87 days apart. The mom went into labor early and one twin was delivered 2 weeks before the other one. They were identical except one was a little bit smaller. They were the cutest little guys :)

Abe Simcox yes thank u, ikr. I don’t get why ppl think identicals are so much “cooler” and “rarer” I have met just as many identical twins as fraternal. In fact there is a pair in my grade who hate being twins and can’t stand each other. They’re never together and never even acknowledge each other. I also have two fraternal cousins. They don’t look much alike but they are ALWAYS together and I swear they have twin telepathy. I can tell they have a really strong bond.

just because there are 3 sets of identical twins in your grade doesnt make them any less rare.. identical twins occur when one fertilized (by the same man) egg divides into two, which is much rarer then two eggs being fertilized and entering the womb at the same time (my explanation wasnt very scientific but if you really want to, just look it up)

it's super easy for me to create distinctions between twins. this pair of twins named Arthur and Elliot looked nothing alike to me, I had never talked to them, but my brother was friends with both, I'd sometimes hear my brother getting the two messed up and /I/ was the one correcting him. Elliot had buck teeth and Arthur had a longer neck with a dark mole on the side of his jaw, though they had the same fair complexion and white-blonde hair, they looked virtually nothing alike

Fraternal isn't a rare condition my cousins are twins buy one is short with dark straight hair and dark skin while the other is the exact opposite, most twins are fraternal.
