Honestly this list is pretty good the only ones you didn't talk about are revavroom snesaler crobat scolipede and roserade

Thanks for comment. IMO Toxtricity is have good base sp.attack stat but quite lack of speed and defense, 4x weakness against Ground type. Too much negative points for one decent competitive Pokemon.

But anw, it is one of the best counter of Toxapex. If I use it, I think I will help its speed with a scarf, then it will be good with a decent set of moves.
