Re: late night talk shows, I just don’t think there’s much of an appetite for nightly ones. Weekly shows like Graham Norton seem to be preferable to us.

As an American, I believe some things shouldn't be copied. It's a disgrace how Black Friday can be here. People trampling over others killing them...just to get a new set of towels for a few dollars cheaper? It's disgusting. I stay home on Black Friday eating my Thanksgiving leftovers. And the fast food craze? Eh, there is no real loss in that not catching on. Some of the food that you can find in the UK is super yummy. Edit to add: also in regards to the celebrity roasting. You guys have a different sense of humor that I actually enjoy. All that being said, everywhere has their good and bad. I personally find the things that make a place unique to them super fascinating and enjoy hearing about it and learning more about it unless its super sad topics (but in that case it is still important to learn about even though it's not enjoyable). I would love to travel to get first hand experiences but alas flying is not for me due to a brain malformation I have and I was told to stay away from anything that can have G Force.

Err...I'd say the UK equivalent of Green Day were Ash way before McFly and Busted. Either way, all three bands are good. And there is still a massive growing pop punk community in the UK. I mean, although I'm not a major fan, bands like Neck Deep and You Me At Six are pretty major bands in pop punk right now and are both British.
