Except that the 5th Doctor in Earthshock and The Five Doctors (4 Doctos and a Mannequin of Tom Baker) prove the metal exterior cyberman (Telosian and Pete's World) are resistant to beam weapons (not timelord apparently) and the Dalek weapons will reflect off reflective surfaces...ergo the Daleks never had a chance.

Matt Smith isn’t my all time favorite Doctor (that honor goes to David Tennant and Tom Baker), but he has the best intro story of any Doctor I’ve seen. He was great.

There is another more bittersweet moment in "The Time of the Doctor" when it seemed that the Doctor was going to die. I was bawling my eyes out when Clara arrives with a Christmas cracker for the aging Doctor. Although the cracker has a poem instead of a joke, Clara reads it aloud: Now it's time for one last bow Like all your other selves Eleven's hour is over now The clock is striking twelves The Doctor says, "I don't get it." I laughed through the tears.

Now you need to do one for the classic series. Jon Pertwee's Doctor attempting to fix the TARDIS during his exile on Earth produced some funny results, and Tom Baker's Doctor had some classic one liners as well, such as the time he taunted a Dalek after he and Romana escaped it by climbing up an air shaft. The Daleks didn't have the ability to fly at that time prompting the Dalek to climb up and get them. The bickering between the Doctor's incarnations was first presented in The Three Doctor's. The second calling the third "Fancy Pants", the third retorts the second looks like a "Scarecrow" and the First Doctor bemoaning that his future selves are "a Dandy and a Clown." Similar bickering went on with the five Doctors.

I love “The Lodger,” it’s in definitely in my top 10! And I didn’t even know James at the time. And I think there needs to another few of these lists. But I won’t argue the number one spot, I loved Capaldi, and while he was not my fave Doctor, his obvious enjoyment if that scene (which he had probably been daydreaming about doing since his days as a young fan!) was so on point!

The Mime scene from Partners in Crime (absolute best imo) The Dr wearing the gas mask asking the Cornel "Are you my mummy" The Dr entering the secret chamber of the weird cult (fires of Pompeii) and being told no man can enter here, so he replies "That's alright, just us girls" Sarah Jayne Smith and Rose going on about the Dr, bursting into laughter, he enters the room and they're still in hysterics while he's telling them to stop. (His face is just priceless) Donna pulling SJS away from Jack so she can hug him. SJ face is so good while Jack just bursts out laughing.

I always thought the moment near the end of Series 4 where Catherine Tate does a decent imitation of Tennant's Doctor, rattling off an explanation at 90 miles a second was hilarious.

My personal favorite was the cleverly delivered line from Santa Claus when Peter Capaldi was denying the existence of Santa and demanded he explain how he could possibly fit all the toys for boys and girls for the entire planet in his one little sack: Santa: it's bigger on the inside. The incredulous look that PC gives him is ALMOST as good as the actual line.

I love how David Tennant made the actress playing Agatha Christie laugh and nearly 'corpes' when he screamed 'maiden' in the wasp and the unicorn. Actually, the whole first half of the episode is very funny.

Sadly there are far too many people who either don't have a clue about the Classic Who era, or don't care. The whole secret passage thing in the first Peladon story (3rd Doctor) had me in stitches. I never saw a secret passage that so many people knew was there! The scene in Tom Baker's first story where he's trying to convince Harry Sullivan that he really is fit enough to be out of bed is hilarious. I've always wondered who came up with the skipping rope idea and if it took much practice for them to get it right. Tom Baker and Ian Marter did that so well!
