When Waluigi first debuted I remember he was almost universally hated.... fast forward to today and the guy has a massive cult following where I'd say he's definitely more loved then hated..... it's always Waluigi Time. WA!

John Perry Tingle's looks are bad enough for all 10 slots. And he's not exactly the nicest person in the world. His entire personality is that he's greedy and wants as many ruppees as he can get. (Need I remind you how much he charges to decipher Triforce Charts to SAVE THE WORLD?)
