@@knightofnight251 Maybe half of them are. I can imagine Alexandra Daddario being Zatanna, just make sure she looks exactly like the comic book heroine. Tom Cruise as Hal Jordan, no problem. As for Emma Watson as Wonder Woman, have her work out a bit before she portrays the Amazonian. Not sure about others, can't imagine Jensen Ackles as Batman or Misha Collins as Superman. But what do you think?

Watch young justice this new season had a 5 episode arc and the earlier season showcase her and her father who in the show becomes Dr.Fate.

Out of all heroines I loved, my most favorite DC Comic heroine is Shayera Hol (A.K.A. Hawkgirl) because in my childhood eyes, she's always an hero for me.

Agree, in comic Hawkman alway gets the solo comic while Hawkgirl is the tag along, yet people will her remember justly from the JUSTICE LEAGUE better than the other guy.

I know most people have Barbara Gordon as Batgirl in their minds. But most people forget her big contributions as Oracle. That would've been great. Plus, you forgot Hawkgirl, Rocket, Spoiler, Orphan, and Miss Martian.

Jim Lee told some good Wildstorm stories while @ Image BITD = More light should be shined on them! Zealot was like the Wonder Woman of that Universe in the sense that she was the most notable Female Hero = Her backstory deserves to be told in other mediums!

I agree, the female DC superheroes don't get nearly as much credit or love as the male DC heroes. Hell on some level the female Marvel superheroes get more love than the DC females.

Bless you for including Fire and Ice. These ladies always get left out when DC Heroines get brought up. To me, they were stars of the JLI comics (Ice is my absolute favorite DC heroine); when they killed her off, I stopped reading the comics. I wish you could have done more with Crimson Fox here, she's basically a daytime Batman who has pheromone powers, but... (spoilers below) She's a set of twin sisters who swap out being in the costume (and one has a more pronounced French accent than the other).

Technically, that's White Canary. Though Sara started out as the Canary and is referred to as Black Canary in merchandise on Arrow. The character and her sister, who succeeds her are personal favorites of mine.

Honorable Mention also goes to Stargirl. She may have starred in her own TV Show just like Supergirl and Batwoman, she isn’t really much of a well known character unlike those such as Wonder Woman and Batgirl

Agreed! How can you forget one of the earliest heroines on DC's roster (even if she didn't start with DC)? Her name, unfortunately, doesn't help her. Fortunately, she gets her own limited comic book series later this year -- it's about time!

I'm not sure if this counts as one, but one extremely underated super hero for this list would be Gotham Girl, appearing in some of the first issues of the ongoing 2016 Batman series, with her brother they both try to help Batman It made for a great start for the ongoing storyline, since it showed why Batman tends to work alone, and in a way it served as a way to show what kind of impact Batman has on Gotham

She gained her superpowers from parents who were exposed to radiation after ozone layer depletion… Comic book authors, please, stop doing it strait forward! In both DC and Marvel universes methods of combating global warming, global pollution, ozone layer depletion and other eco-disasters do exist. They are simply not being used because people in charge of comics do not want to go away from technological equilibrium. USE METAPHORS, ALLUSIONS, BE SUBTLE! Otherwise it affects your character in such a way, that even if it’s legitimately good character, first thing I think when she is introduced in such a way is “oh, here we go again” And Zantana needs her own show. Just not CW show (no one deserves CW series, it’s like a bullet to the head of character live-acted appearance). Maybe with Constantine as recurring character…

EDIT: Quick search of wiki shows that Amethyst *is* part of mainline DC Universe, having show up in the New 52, and being a member of Justice League Dark

Though I agree that some of the characters on this list are underutilized, I think some of them aren't. Black Canary and Huntress are at the top of the list IMO. The others could definitely have some more solo comic books or something.
