This is a joke. There is no way USC is that high (should be in the bottom half) and Berkeley and UCLA that low. Pomona College is great, but certainly not a Top 5 school.

USC is usually ranked by U.S. News and World Reports between #18 and #25 yearly. They use this for their “National Universities" ranking, which lists the top 400 universities in the United States, evaluating nearly 1,500 institutions. While USC may not be the #2 institution, it would still likely be in the top five of California. I certainly wouldn’t think it be near the bottom of the 10 (which would still be good). And even still, USC does have very high ranks for many of its schools: According to the U.S. News & World Reports - •USC's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism is ranked #1 in the United States. •USC’s School of Cinematic Arts is ranked #1 in the nation. •USC’s Price School of Public Policy is ranked #2 overall, tied with the Harvard Kennedy School in the United States. •USC’s Thornton School of Music is tied for #4 with the Juilliard School, #2 in the United States for Best Music Programs, #3 in the world for Performing Arts. •USC’s Leventhal School of Accounting is ranked #5 in the United States. •USC’s Marshall School of Busines is ranked #10 overall in the United States, #2 in entrepreneurship program, accounting program ranked #5, and marketing program ranked #6. •USC’s School of Architecture is ranked #15 in the United States (undergraduate) and #13 (graduate). •USC’s Gould School of Law is ranked #17 overall in the United States, #3 in dispute resolution, #7 in tax law, #9 in international law, and #11 in business law.
