FYI - Ball watches offer most models in a 43mm variant because that was the minimum standard size Webb C. Ball set as the Rail & Road standard.

Agreed on the Panerai sizing! 44mm for Luminor and 45mm for wire lug Radiomir is the sweet spot. I own 13 Panerai, so I know of what I speak (though it is only my opinion, so YMMV). I do own some of the 47mm, and I do enjoy them, but they are simply not as wearable. Even though I'm well over 6 feet and can find my way to the weight stack, there is just no disguising the size of the 47mm Panerai. I even have a high complication 48mm and it really let's its presence by known! The 44mm/45mm gives you the larger wearing experience without being over the top. I've tried on sub-44mm Panerai and they just have a different feel. So yes, ideally a Panerai should be large. That said, if you love the design, and you're of the smaller wrist set, then I think a 40mm is a great entry into my favorite brand. I would also take a look at the wire lug Rads. The wearability of the wire lug is a bit of a cheat code for people who just can't pull off a normal 45mm.

Harrison spot on for this presentation. Love the selection you choose across the board. A little FYI though. You might want to have a chat with whoever is editing your content in the information below. On the timeline Omega is spelled. Amiga. You must have AI doing your typing lol. Just kidding. seriously though other than that I thoroughly enjoy your channel and the way you present this wonderful pastime we call horology/watches. Keep up the good work. George 🦎from Florida 🇺🇸

I like the Glashute but, the it's out of my league. I am wearing my current daily a Seiko LX Springdrive in titanium It's big but I have big wrists and because of the titanium and the marine master style case, it's a perfect daily in casual clothes and feels so perfect. It is to me what your Seamsster is to you

Thanks, as always, Harrison @HarrisonBrownScotland Firstly, I agree with your thoughts on Glashutte, and especially that model. However, 2 brands have been omitted - and there are plenty of watches from each of their current or past catalogues that would tick all the boxes for your list. I would love to hear from you as to why they didn’t? Firstly, @Sinn - a great German Watchmaker that are well known for their high quality, large sizing tool and diving watches, that tend to promote the titanium cases which helps significantly reduce the weight to their large watches. The other is @Breitling!!! Whether you choose their ChronoAvenger (any Avenger actully) or why not, as you chose the IWC Pilot, the various Navitimers they offer???? I appreciate lists are personal and debatable BUT at best, leaving out Breitling is essentially not knowing your product or disliking the brand? In my opinion and purely written to encourage honest debate. Thanks. Tom

Before buying my first watch I thought I was a fan of big watches, but then when I started collecting them I noticed I really dont like wearing them. Too big, heavy, clunky etc. Nowadays I dont buy anything thicker than 12.5mm, and bigger than 41mm (I prefer 38-39 for my 7.25 wrist).
