Good video but a bit bummed to not see Jesus Navas... Sevilla captain and the textbook example of a wingback. Leads Sevilla in assists, and Sevilla are the club in la liga with the most attempted and successful crosses, and Navas is a big part of that. If I remember correctly, he had the most crosses, (attempted and successful) in the entire league. He definitely deserves to be here,

Quick word about Joao Cancelo, he isn't a defensive fullback like Bissaka, he is way better on the ball yet he has 2.3 tackles per game, the reason he doesn't have so many assists is because while other fullbacks provide from the flanks combining with the striker and wingers, Joao plays like a Defensive Midfielder making a double pivot with Rodri and he makes line breaking and defense splitting passes or he dribbles past players to make passes as a result his progressive passes and Progressive dribbles are insane.

Angelino has developed a lot in past two years with RB leipzig. His dribbling abilities long passing vision and run ups accuracy have been immensely increased. He is good finisher too nowdays from the wingbacks he have saved liepzig in many matches including the one expecially against man united in the champions league group stage when that was a must win match for then. He performed really well. He has some serious striking skill too. When there is superstars in the squad he comes freely to help them at the front. More often like roberto carlos when he was at real madrid.

It's really unfair to remove Trent-Alexander arnold and Andrew Robertson from this list. It may be they are not in their best form but they deserve a place here still as they are still world class.

Yes they’re great players no doubt. But this video is for 2021. So it depends on their form in 2021, which has been underwhelming by their standards
