Sleeping on Bambus, no pun intended, I use him in my 100m+ brutal hydra team (provoke set Ukko lead, Elva, Gnut, Bambus, Artak, Inquisitor). Don't even worry about his sleep mechanic and check the rest of the kit. A3 has aoe increase att/acc and decrease accuracy (lowering acc/res requirements for hydra), A2 is an aoe attack with a shield, inc buff duration, decrease buff duration on enemies (even on weak hits) and a increase shield similar but weaker than brogni's, then the A1 is just a good aoe decrease speed. With 2 aoe's he good in your niche provoke and hex sets, mine is in hex and with warmaster as well hes doing a good 20m damage himself on top of the utility.

Honestly, I would like to see a series where you build underrated epics and see if they have value (not TRASH, just underwhelming but with possible potential). One example I can think of is Hordin, he seems like a better Relickeeper and I would love to see this epics potential in this game, especially since he hits so hard in high level dungeon waves against your entire team

I use Bambus for Hard Dragon. Taking the poisons off us and throwing them back, and also shielding us while "removing" his increase attack. I've also seen some great Hydra teams using counterattack with him in cursed.

Disregarding the whole pass price thing, Xena is underrated. She’s extremely good against Siphi/Duchess. And because her damage scales during the fight, she’s a great pick into tankier teams as well. And good against UDK with her double aoe. She’s also very strong in Hydra

I was like 3 months into the game when Ultan of the Shell came out. Only had one leggo (Ronda) and I thought I HAD to go for him because he was legendary. Woke up at 5am to snipe the champ training tournament win. What a great shame of my life.

I don't get the xena hate. Yah... she was basically 40 bucks. I've spent hundreds of dollars and not rolled crap. At least I got something for my money that time!

Xena is A-tier in live arena (I play Gold II) but needs to be in 6x stoneskin or protected by Nekmo. She is a direct counter to Siphi, Kimi, Elva etc and hits hard enough even without Savage/Lethal gear. And she will cut in with as low as 150 speed and oneshot the opponent nukers once they are buffed. She is crazy good

Hi Ash! Bambus advocate here 😅 I actualy went for Bambus because of you. You always said that Yoshi had the best setup for bomb champions in the arena. Bambus also brings increase accuracy and increase attack on the same skill + he's the only champion with enfeble witch is most likely gonna land on the ennemy nuker. I rest my case. 😁

Enjoyed the video as always, very entertaining. I don't think Xena is a 10 worst champion candidate, but I understand why she is there, since she has to be bought, or you would have to get very lucky during those lame 10x. I definitely don't agree with Timit. I have to admit I haven't built him yet but I faced him a few times in Tag team and he is not bad at all. First of all his A2 is quite good. He has decrease cooldown for 3 turns instead of remove because decrease cooldown doesn't trigger polymorph. So for that alone, and he is already a useful champ in arena with nothing else. The extra turn comes at the end, if he removed all the buffs, so in most cases it does happen, unless they have protected, or stoneskin and the 50% doesn't proc. His damage is not amazing, but it adds up, especially with the extra turns. The only thing I think is badly designed in his kit and I would change is have the accuracy and extra turn mechanic in the same skill. That would really make him top tier in my eyes. In his place Jetni or even Ugyr are suitable in my eyes. Regarding the worst champ I thought Loriaca was the worst but I think I agree, Ultan is completely useless, Loriaca, even bad as it is at least gives you a block debuffs.

Me being a new player to this game Xena is actually carrying my team dps wise. Not in end game content but she helps me so much just for farming dungeons and stuff.

Hey Ash you missed the mark on Timit's decreasing buffs. It means he get to skip polymorph as oppose to buff remover. Most buffs are 3 turn at most either way. And you need accuracy for both.

Xena is pretty good. She's helping me in a few areas of the game.

So im a new player. Just got my second log in champ. I bought the xena pack because i was enjoying the game and having a very small roster has been an incredible pick up for my account. So i spent like 40 bucks to get a guaranteed character that has helped progress. In ashes last vid he dropped $800 and didnt get what he wanted. Pretty odd for him to judge toons based on paying since hes a whale. Either way love the content and guides. Xena has been a HUGE help for my account.

I have to stand up for my boy timit, I mentioned it in the comments of a separate video, but build him in a stun set! Remember how mighty ukko got 2 chances to stun on his aoe before they nerfed him? Timit can get the extra turn with 2 aoe's and have that same effect. I do run him with kaja, I'll grant you that but I think kaja needs timit more than timit needs kaja. Run them as a bomb squad and you'll take him off this list for sure. Put the wurmeater in his place for sure. Also the decrease buff duration is a direct counter to polymorph so that he won't be a sheep

I’ve used Xena in gold 2 live arena quite a bit typically in a go second team paired with Nekhret. Her a1 is also a great counter to Rotos since she ignores shield buffs. Overall her damage isn’t insane, but I would rank her right below S tier nukers. Her ability to refresh her a3 is also a big plus to her kit

You were so brutal to these poor champions. I have a few of them that I haven't even tried to build. I also haven't seen any good videos on any of them. I will say one thing though on Timit the Fool. I remember watching another CC point out that the decrease turn count won't be effected by polymorph so in some ways it might be better than a straight cleanse. I haven't tested it but if true then that makes him a little bit more viable.

I think Karilon is strong in Arena, Doom Tower and hydra. His A3 can be used as a 40% turn meter fill in hydra.

You are missing a trick with Xena, she is a great last pick in LA if the enemy has a couple of buffers, for example Siphi or Mithrala, they just cant use their skills and you just win (Gold 3 LA here)

I did not go for the bambus fusion, but pulled him from a shard so i wanted to give him a try... He might be ok in a niche team, but for me he was not better then a average rare champion.

I like Xena. She's awesome for the spider. Her A3 resets every time she kills 2 or more enemies. So if her attack is high enough, she makes kills every time she uses it via the spiderlings, and, therefore, her A3 resets every turn.

Not sure exactly how great Xena is, but she is getting banned a lot on my live arena teams (silver 1). I don't regret buying at all as yellow shards are very expensive with relatively low chances to pull gold. Thx as always.

Karilon's Hex could be pretty useful if you've got Michinaki - quite thin on champs with this ability

Greathoof was the only fusion I skipped this year. I've since pulled 2 of her and was disappointed both times

bambus is nice but he sort of needs avenging set to work, to points out his strenghts he can do the staltus reflect for dragon with some teams that alone is all you need, then he is great for hydra: basically aoe dec speed with every a1 + soaking up every debuffs like the aoe poison and provokes and deflecting them to the head with the most res(good if suffering is up, if only decay is up can let you fill up the debuff bar too fast with blight poisons [not sure if res can fix that]) also shields inc acc inc att for your team and places a dec acc on the enemies. for arena enfeeble is insanely good but everything else is lack luster for arena

I love these kinds of videos.... when Jing Wong was the worst my next lego was a Jing Wong.... this video comes out only a couple days after I pulled Ultan as well. Really makes the game fun....

I'm glad you said Supreme Athel was a contender for the worst. Might be a bit bias because I burned my mercy getting her while pulling on 15x for Maneater and didn't manage to get Maneater!

Ultan's only redeeming quality is that he enables Oella's passive to go crazy. I still use him in DT hard because having them both on the team really makes the rest of the team almost unkillable, but he spends 99% of every stage face down on the ground. His A2 "can" hit hard when you remove 4-5 debuffs, but if your team is under that many debuffs then you're likely going to lose anyways. A self cleanse and single target hit isn't going to change anything. Without Oella's passive to prop him up he's just dead weight on any team.

Pretty accurate list! The only thing I'd change would be swapping Place 1 and 2. At least Ultan could be utilized when you want that Decrease Speed from Oella's A1 without investing in her Accuracy, which I actually did so in a cursed City stage. Loriaca can't even do that.

Hopefully the fortus rework comes early this year and not half way at the end...

Ash you’re killing me Bambus is actually amazing in Hydra with a aoe buff reduction that doesn’t weak hit and an Aoe speed debuff on his a1 I threw him in avenging and retaliation gear and let him slow the whole hydra team add up n aoe decrease accuracy and mischief becomes somewhat resistible. He’s also a feature part of my arena 3:3 defense. He’s not you’re typical champ so you gotta go out of the box

Although I don't have these particular Champions, judging by their kits, most of these Legendary Champion Skill kits needs a little Rework/Buff up and/or beef up their damage multipliers. Even some good Legendary and Epics could use a damage multiplier boost like Deliana, High Katun, Ronda, Crimson Helm and Ninja to a level close to Acrizia, Gnut and many others damage level.

I think the way the fool works is since he’s decreasing duration of buffs by 3 turns instead of a buff strip it allows him to not get pollymorphed then if he had no one resist he goes again (extra turn since now now no enemies have buffs) and can do his true fear skill

Lady of Ireth feels like a legendary Mistress of Hyms, she came out around Call of the Arbiter Episode 8 Bad Alcazar, when we got Valconin, and I managed to pulle her, I don't think she is that bad.

Great video. Its shad how many of these champions i got. I fused Timit and Bambus, and pulled Ultan shortly after deciding not to go for Oella. Hopefully they get buffs eventually.

I have invested a lot of resources getting Xena into fully ascended Cruel gear and booked out. The only compliant I have is that even at 80% crit rate it does not appear to be hitting anywhere near that. Maybe I haven't gotten to the content that her limited versatility would be a barrier. She is great if you need someone to hit like a truck (with crits).

I enjoyed this as it made me feel better not going for some of these. Hey Ash, do you know why we didn't get a year in review of our account this year? They were never very accurate but it was fun to watch the last couple of years.

I've got 7 of the champs you mentioned if we include the Jetni reference. I have Lady of Ireth, Bambus, and Ultan at 60 with the first 2 of the group booked. Lady and Bambus helped me complete FW and Ultan helped me clear FW 20 so far, but they are underwhelming overall. Lady could use a form of revive, and Bambus is impossible to keep asleep to make his stuff work. He must need to be paired with great cc. I have Xena, Timit, Tatsu, and Jetni all at 50 and only Jetni has seen gameplay for FW. The rest I haven't gotten around to and finished BL FW before Timit was finally frag summoned. Nothing much to report here though the 50 Jetni was like the scapegoat of the team, targeted first. I imagine 60 would bring her online. Surprisingly the only dupe Legos I have so far are Bambus and Tatsu. The Tatsu #2 will help unlock Lady Mikage, something you didn't mention. It seems I built the ones I did out of necessity and have waited on the rest for the same reasons.

Ash. Karilon the ringer. I'm not sure if you are looking correctly on the skill set based on hydra correctly. A1 Aoe buff reduction by one turn, no weak hits as void. A2 Aoe Weaken and Hex. A3 can not place freeze on hydra so instead will provide a 40% turn meter boost to the whole team on hydra (10% per head). That is an insane set of hydra skills.

Timit is not that bad. I use him in 2 places: 1.I run him with Kaja, Ursala, Lady Anabelle and Ronda in Faction wars. first attempt level 21, first success, 3stars 2. Tag team Arena (with Kaja), as a C team

Xena is a Siphi counter, and Timit avoids Polymorph by decreasing buffs instead of removing.

That contract plarium did to keep Xena for 8+ agonizing weeks, and sneaking in shard x2's alongside. Lesson learned, don't compromise with Hollywood.

Ultan of the Shell really really sucks. His champ training tournament came out about 2 weeks into my new Free to play account and I was grinding non-stop because my tournament bracket was super competitive. I ended up with about 21,7k points, which was only about 1000 ahead of the No. 2 and No. 3 spot. I was staying up late for it. And he sucks. Worst part is that my friend got him by winning his bracket... by getting 2000 points

I went for bambus for only one reason, Hydra Nightmare, he’s great with a Cursed set, lots of HP for the shield and most important Decrease speed on the A1

Another comment o Xena - considering you buy her for $40 she is actually one of the cheapest Lego's you can get. Do the math, HH values a sacred at $13 with a 6% change to get a Legendary. So basically you need about 17-18 Sacreds to pull a legendary. This is all very rough math but that would put the cost of a Leggo from a shard over $200. I am just calculating it on the fly.... I am sure that some people already built calculators for this, but my point is that Xena at $40 guaranteed is actually a good deal. Add to that the fact she rocks the Arena! :D

The purpose for decrease buff duration for timit instead of remove all buffs is because decreasing duration is unaffected by polymorph.

Not only did I go for Bambus on 2 accounts, and got him, I also pulled a dupe of him, on both accounts before the next fusion even started. He's okay. I use him as an inc ACC/ATK champion in 3v3 for bombers. That's it.

I might be the exception to bambus! I love him! I use him in tag arena on a go second bomb team that gets most of my defensive wins! He is also great in hydra with the rat lord, I also have a team that can run hard 10 dragon centered on bambus!

I have hope for Bambus on my Hydra team, but he's still on the back burner as I build other folks up. Very glad I passed on the cow. I did end up with Timit, but almost as a byproduct of doing other things. My Banner Lords team is pretty weak, so I will probably go ahead and see what I can get out of him. I'm guessing the dark elf was from before I joined the game, as I don't remember him at all. He's cool looking. Pity he's so bad. The new Christmas Void champ didn't impress me, and I made no effort to get my hands on him. None of the others mentioned on your list ended up in my collection. Which of course means I'm doomed to pull them over the course of 2024. P

I haven't built Timit yet, so this is anecdotal. I believe Saph had said Timit would be good against teams that did massive buffs, because the decrease duration would end the buffs without triggering a Polymorph. Tatsu is a good champion for Dark Fae, since she does fairly good damage, then Sleeps everyone so you can go again with another AoE nuke... and because she is so easy to kill. I used her in lower Arena when starting because she was one of my better options. Like a Genbo (only an epic), so hits fairly hard and dies very easily. Bambus sounded good, and there was some kind of event I had done, so I had him more than half finished when that other thing ended. I pulled Helior around that time too. Bambus has a chance to take/return the debuffs, but he's wonky to ensure he's asleep to get them. Helior can just AoE cleanse his team by giving everyone's debuffs to one target. There isn't a situation where Bambus is better than Helior for that type of effect. Jetni for me is worse than Tatsu, since I don't have a place where she's useful at all. I used her in Faction Wars for a bit, but Aina and Alika (both epics) consistently do more damage... so they're on my Barb FW team, and Jetni doesn't bring anything but damage. I pulled Supreme Athel and she's been absolutely useless. I pulled Ultan of the Shell as well, and he doesn't do anything either.

You should try Caralon with Yakarl in arena. They both have passives that increase damage damage against freeze so Yakarl still hits pretty hard

Only thing bad about xena, was the price. If they're going to charge, 20 bucks is sufficient. However, I paid, I use her in dt a lot. Most teams im facing are magic & force affinity, close to maybe half, I don't have rotos, siphi, acrizzia or any truly op champions, after 4 yrs last November. If u spend & plan on playing for 6 months or longer, I believe she's worth paying. But it is a little much when we're used to buying a whole game for that.

Bambus was the best fusion ever, cause the Summon Rush with Acrizia 10x gave me Acrizia my first ever void leggo pull. and the Chase gave me a 2nd Gnut. Also he seems to be useful if you build niche teamcomps for Hydra.

I have Bambus and Timit from these. I pulled both, didn't want to spend anything on their fusion. I was right, but they are not that bad. Timit is a good debuffer and control champ, use him in DT waves pretty often, and can deal some damage too... The Panda is cute :D and a really solid support champ e.g. for Hydra or FW. But again, I don't regret that I didn't fuse them, it wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't have them. But maybe I miss something or the game misses something yet. :D As for Xena, I really considered to buy her but don't want that purple champion pass badge on my profile picture. :D

You're missing out on Bambus. Do not underestimate the utility of this panda. Take it from a 1-year FTP, Bambus was my first successful fusion (rip gnut) and completely changed my account. I use him a lot at lvl 60 in lieu of a reliable cleanser, and I don't have him booked and he's missing most of his masteries. He doesn't see the arena much and he's fumbled about casually in the Doom Tower, but where he fits, he really shines. Faction wars is an easy sell, he's got enough basic utility you can throw him in with about any team and he'll help, but there is a lot more this champion can do that no other champ can. The trick is using a gear set most players overlook: Avenging. Outfit him in this gear and his dependability skyrockets. It has a 45% chance of counter-attacking with the A1 whenever a debuff is placed on the champion... and he attracts a LOT of debuffs. And if the attack woke him up his A1 then puts him right back to sleep. It fixes the issue players have with his sleep being interrupted all the time and then he starts landing that debuff dump WAY more often. Put him in last place on your roster against scenarios with incoming AOE debuffs and he becomes a debuff lightning rod, keeping your team clean and throwing the debuffs right back, no cleanse required. Stick him in your Dragon team in the back. I went from Dragon 18 to 24 in an hour because he soaked up ALL the poison debuffs for the team, counter-attacked, slept himself, and dumped all the dragon's poisons back on him the next turn. I'm struggling on Iron Twins still, but he's keeping those 4-turn Decrease Def/Attacks off my team AND putting them back on the boss, which allowed me to move Stag Knight onto the bench because Bambus BEAT his cooldown keeping the boss debuffed constantly. Bambus can pull his own weight in Spider's Den. Every time a spiderling poisons your tank, 50% chance it goes to Bambus and right back onto the Spider Queen. Keeps your tank healthy and does a little free damage even with reduced poison damage to the boss. I'm still finding new ways to use him. I'd say he can be niche, but he's not bad, and he can be outright MVP sometimes. I'm trying to explore if there's some hidden synergy with Cordelia, since she's the only champion that can sleep her own team and that comes with a powerful heal, both of which benefit Bambus. There may be some hidden duo strategies undiscovered.

I paid for Xena.. And dont regret it one bit. I use her in Gold V PVP and she wrecks teams that throw out alot of buffs as long as one of those buffs isnt Block Damage. Im not offended ya have her on this list though. I also plan to put her on a CB team after seeing HH do the Xena Vs. Ninja video. I also use her to help chew through waves in Doom Tower Hard... I currently have her in Zeal and Crit Rate gear.. But I think Im gonna put her in Savage+Cruel within the next day or two because of the 100% removal event to see if I can get more out of her.

FTPer who got Xena. She is on tier with Hephraak. Ultan may be the worse ,but you can make him work in spider with affinitybreaker. Make him the target by being the wrong affinity. Then he turns around and smacks the boss for 400k.

I got the Ringer as part of the Mercy void pull. At first I was pretty psyched. He was one of the new champs, he was the x10, he LOOKS really cool! He's like evil Santa. Then I look at his kit and I think, okay, I guess he'll be Fire Knight or something. Nope.

Tatsu carried me early to mid gMe in arena. She is a nuker and control at ths same time. After her aoe she puts everyone to sleep which basically means they miss their turn if shes faster. I had her 180 speed. Its onlynow i stopped using her. I used herball the way up until gold V and gold live arena. After gold live i replaced her with xena who has been a game changer for me. I pushed plat arena with xena

Only good thing about the Cow. Easiest fusion of the year! Took 1st place in every event and tournament. Had all frags half way threw the fusion.😮

Glad you didn't add Oella, I use her quite a bit, she got me through faction wars before I booked or added masteries to her, good video, tough to argue your picks !

Xena brings so much against Siphi/Dutches. Forces to skip buffing or get nuked with self AtkUp, IgnoreDef, steal TM and no weak hit. Most important she cuts in between Siphi and reset. Honestly best 40€ spent on this game P.S. definitely not defending the Pass

For Timit, the buff decrease is meant to counter polymorph. 3 turn reduction basically removes all buffs, but you do not get sheeped.

For Karlion, i can see a good team with Gurgog and Supreme Athel. You can throw Jakarl there and the enemy team would not move a single time. PD: Also, Ash, my boy, S.Athel DID NOT SUCK. She is meant to be a good CC champ with damage and some wipe potential. If you make her fast, she can hold any team frozen really easy.

Bambus keeps my vault safe, Ash! I've not been vault raided since he went on guard!

I believe Saph from HellHades mentioned Karilon might be underrated in Hydra.

I can't believe you don't like Xena! She is my best force nuker, although I use Zavia more for her block revive. This could change as I've been sleeping on Errol, but her duel AOEs rock hard.

Xena is actually incredible for arena & live arena if you will lose the speed race. Do not under estimate the benefit of being able to cut in & have the enemy setup your nuker with their own buffs. The reset on her main nuke, the turn meter steal, I guess you have to be arena focused to get it.

Xena does have a high speed and can knock out opponent protections.

Ash, you may have put Xena on your list, but for me she works good when I set her up with Selinia Nightcloak and Dark Athel when Killing the Spiders. Oh and when are you going to do a RAID Shadow Legends Champion Guides on Selinia Nightcloak ..??

I didn't pay for Xena, I just pulled her out of a shard I chose to YOLO. I can't seem to stop resenting the champ though: I still haven't built her but 5 minutes after pulling her, I decided to cancel my raid card and I stopped spending on this game altogether. For some reason getting her got me real mad.

Ash, love the channel man, but its pretty silly to complain about $40 for a good nuker with a bunch of utility like not weak hitting and cutting in line, while you regularly spend $100's on shards to get bad leggos and dupes! Most notably spending $800 last week to get 6 leggos arguably worse than her and a dupe mikage! (Hilarious video by the way). All of a sudden Xena seems like a great deal in comparison! I actually think its the opposite of what you say, people are underating her on principal because they didn't like Plarium's implementation of it, whether they bought her or not.

Greathoof Loriaca should have been a rare, then I'd say she is an ok champion, at legendary she's not worth booking, everyone else that made the list, I dont have, so at least I ain't missing out on anything. Timmit/Kaja are my buff removers. You said 'why not just remove all buffs?' - it's a workaround protected buffs. You can't remove protected buffs but Timmit times them out. I think that's right, he takes off stone skin and protected buffs, right?

I put Timit in relentless gear and run him with kaja Emic and wukong in gold 5 arena and live arena gold 1. It's a fun team . Timit doesn't hit hard but his kit with this gear and team can make him a menace. He's capable of multiple hits. The most i seen him do is 7 hits in a row.

you could have put 10 of the 12 past fusions. Realistically I pay more than $40 per fusion, the only fusion champs better than xena was gnut, pythion and emic.
