Emma was fighting for her life, yet Hook bent down to flirt with her. Early Hook was so deliciously flirty and sarcastic. I know that was his emotional armour, much like Emma. But I miss that sexual banter. Also the Hook/Belle scene about Rumple on the Jolly: ''You stole his wife!" "Tell me something, love. If a woman comes to you and *begs* you to take her away....is that theft?'' Just the delivery of that line, it still makes me shiver. I love how seductive and emotionally manipulative Captain Hook can be. Colin was so great in this role!

Yes, I haven't come back here since I posted it either, but came back after watching Friday's season finale and wow that finale was very beautiful and everything I didn't know I needed! Also the last scene where Emma and Hook walked in (with a baby) just blew me away and had me in tears hehe even though I didn't ship them hardcore like you (and also the fact that I did not watch s7 only the finale oops) :)

I got through about 5 episodes of season 7, before leaving it and coming back for the final. I was shocked at how good the final to be honest. It really rewarded the long time viewers. I loved the montage at the end, I loved seeing Emma, Killian and Hope...the tie in to the pilot, I loved it.

Yeah I was able to understand almost everything going on in the finale and I honestly think Adam&Eddy gave us the ending we deserved for a long time. I cried at the montage;(

Saaame! I'd always wanted to see Emma with a baby with Killian, and I'm glad I got my wish. I knew having a baby of their own would help heal Emma's fears of motherhood and her sigh of contentment as she leans into him... I absolutely love that that was included. That little moment was everything I wanted for Emma, and for Killian, too. To see how much joy and love this little baby has brought them, after a lifetime of uncertainty, loss and pain. It was beautiful. I am more sad for what it once was...within the montage even up to the end of season 5, the writing was so good (I loved Merlin, Nimue & that whole Dark One arc). It just lost it's way a bit when Jennifer Morrison left and wasn't able to recover - I feel without JMo to be that anchor, (and Captain Swan to be honest) you really saw how outrageous the plot of the show had become. Although I completely get her reasons for wanting to move on personally, Emma was the main character, it is hard to have a show without her. Jennifer really kept me watching, she was fantastic as Emma, and Emma as a character I just adored, in all her messy complexities. Our strong fiery girl. Looking back on it though, makes me want to rewatch it from the beginning. Thanks so much for compiling these quotes :)

Omg yess I completely agree. I think it was beautiful that they showed those moments in the montage. Kinda makes me want to rewatch as well this summer. And yeah I understand why JMo left but the show did kinda go into a mess when she did, as well as Ginny and Josh and even Jared. I feel like if they would've stayed for that one more season it would have all been great. And your welcome and thanks for watching!:)
