ATTENTION! MISTAKE #1 is mainly for MIN MAXERS like myself if you don't care about min maxing you can waste all the EXP you want! Also level cap doesn't start from when you create an account just based on the game's time its been out my bad on this one. Forgot to say it is recommended to SAVE yellow chips until after level 40!!! even though I still get crap drops :( I also forgot to say all password chests respawn so I guess you can just decipher them with chips or not. but you shouldn't still because of future currency that will come out. save them for a rainy day. view this video for more details kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fsVofJak39DTgKs.html AND it was brought to my attention that it’s okay to level up matrices because when you fodder them to higher rarity the exp transfers 100% unlike artifacts in Genshin. my HUGE mistake HUUUUUUGE was getting a dupe of a nemesis matrix and going to equip and refine and accidentally feeding the dupe into the original instead of refining. Be very careful because for me it didn’t warn me and it didn’t have a lock 🔒 . Go to the refine menu first and refine then equip. I’d be more upset if I didn’t get two five star matrixes in that pull before pity

The problem with making an account and coming back to it five days later... You may not be TIME GATED, but you do lose that time building points towards your free SSR choice box. As the timer starts the day you create the account... And that's huge to miss out on.

as someone who started late i have to say that i don't seem to have the level cap which feels... bad. I am 58 after slightly over a week (late bloomers get massive XP boosts to catch up) but my gear (weapons, matrice, relics, equipment ect.) lacks behind massively for my level (i was at powerlevel 7k at lvl 50 and am now 14,5k at 58 while the ones i'm matched with are 20k-30k) overworld and several modes are adjusted to my level meaning i get matched with high geared players against enemies i can barely scratch so i can barely contribute in stuff like void or frontier

Just a heads up to anyone watching this video the dumbest thing you can do in this game is stress youself over wasting exp it doesn't help even on the long run if you play daily you will be able to keep up with lvl cap and other players bottom-line stop worrying about it and go have fun. You will always have enough to reach the next level cap if you just play.

I got King for my guaranteed 30 pull SSR and his weapon is the only one I'm currently making max. I have my other 2 equipped weapons at level 30-40 but I'm taking the scythe all the way! It's the best shatter weapon in the game so I'm not losing anything from doing so.

I saw on other ytbers talking about it, until level 40 its ok to level up every weapon to try it out, but after 40 it start using other items different from common elemental cristals to aweken so its better to only level up beyond 40 if its a weapon you will really use late game

idk man, I see a crap ton of meryl mains shattering my shield faster than I could when i'm using king. I was confused even a 6 star hilda has like 16 shatter value while king has like 12? and somehow king manages to shatter faster?

You can EASILY get 30 pulls just from the 10 pulls you from creating a character and another 20 just from claiming rewards for doing tasks for the event or just exploring. I already had 30 pulls before I was even able to do a Special Order.

The 5th one does sound a little unrealistic to me - we need to level up those matrices we use (12 in total for three main weapons) to hit CS caps needed to progress supression.

Biggest take away is to not touch the chips.... you will need the XP later. You can farm weapon accention materials daily in the star gates so don't touch those boxes either. ;)

I do like the level cap. This is an MMO and since different people play during different times, they'll get through the story faster than you or someone else who plays. This saves other players from coming across players who would be like lvl 70 or something when they're only like lvl 25.

I would love a guide to which Relics are the best to upgrade first since we get so many boxes to select which relic we want to upgrade early. Also with the extra equipment should you just recycle it or is there another use for those?

In terms of stamina/vitality: The interstellar explorations are the best to do early game with a caveat. Only do the ones that have purple drops as the reward. Just click on the purple gates on the map to preview the rewards. If you only have blue drops as rewards, then go to the recruit section in chat for people shouting out for help, anything with purple is worth. If even then there are still no options, dimensional trials is the next best thing. Once joint operations have ssr drops, those take priority.

Why does wasting exp matter? I only got to lv49 in the first beta, but even there you max out the level cap within a day just doing the normal dayli activities. is that ever gonna become a problem beyond lv60?

You wrong about Matrix. Just Upgrade whatever rarity it is. The exp in that matrix is still full 100% if u wanna fooder it to higher rarity.

I am a Shiro/Tsubasa lover too still haven't hit my Nemesis pity or pulled her yet but I pumped everything into Shiro, should've used my ticket on Samir but I wanted to give it to Shiro though Tsubasa could've used it too haha! I figure with time I will end up with all the perm. SSRs anyways but Nem I just want one!

I have a question does cocoritter advancement C3 works on herself also? Means if we use cocoritter sanctuary and then swap to some other weapon like samir then will the 20% damage increase and shatter increase will still work on Samir also??

King is a character and a weapon at the same time so his passive would only work on his weapon and people tend to think that using a weapon's character would also benefit the other weapons.

you won't get another suppressor if you look further. just level it up, you have to cause you won't be able to go into other regions if it's too low

That's because 24 to 26 requires just a few exp. Not gonna be the same ay higher levels

I do extra stuff and end up auto leveling up the next day. I left day one at max level, came back next day and was another level up --almost two. You sure about the exp thing?

Because you reached the exp cap of the level lol... You can still earn exp after hitting the max level for the day but it has a cap. Let's say for example the cap is level 30 and you need 56k exp to get level 31. You can still get that 56k exp on the day the cap is 30 but anything you earn over that is wasted.

I'm from North America, the very first day of launch I noticed most of the servers in North America had a red or yellow light so I assumed they were like full or something, so I moved on to an Europe server and I started playing there... Later on, I wanted to join a friend so I joined his server but I started all over again. I already have like 4 good SSR in the Europe server and in the North America server didn't get lucky... I guess I should stay in Europe then huh?

4 ssr isn't that far into the game. U should switch back. If u ever interest in pvp, eu ping could drive u crazy later on.

The only mistake i make is trying to play this for 3 days.not feeling anything good from this game,maybe because i burn out from mmorpg concept at this point,been playing it for more than 10 years. Uninstall it immediately. Game is not bad,i just don't have time to spend on mmorpg anymore.

Also, don't use your free SSR box right after obtaining it. Especially before the first 80 pull pity. Getting a dupe would kinda suck.

Unfortunately that's not really true. It feels like that now because they haven't started the power creep but very quickly you'll notice there is a meta and only those people who play it will do well in any competitive parts of the game

This makes me hate the game. All i been doing since level 1 was running around fighting everytjing isee and opening chest. I literlaly got my first weapon throygh the story when i hit level 5. This game is overwhelming. So many items, currencies. Confusing fighting. Confusing everything. Genshin was like "here's the game. Play" and you knew what to do. I rage alt+f4'd ToF like 10 times already. If I had any other game to play I would not launch it again

I agree that there's a lot that they don't properly explain but if you take your time and hang around the discord a little I'm sure you'll find people willing to help out with things you're unfamiliar with, try joining a crew too, remember this is a multiplayer game so try to socialize as much as you can. Despite the janky way the game is presented I'm having much more fun with this than I do playing Genshin's daily commission > drain resin > leave, really nice change of pace.

Just make sure to save a dodge for emergencies and dont get caught up button smashing so u cant get stuck in an animation or in combos so u can move when you need to.

You can always see the enemy wind up too so its easy to dodge pretty much every hit since the mobs are so slow
