Docter I had same problem.....i had abscess in perianal area..it drained naturally......and healed but after 3 months got same problem.....in same place...and it drained again and i got relief... You said stop smocking, is that only for cigarettes? Or Weed also? I've had my fistula for over 2 years and It almost disappeared for a day or two but then came back. I've changed my diet completely but I still smoke weed. Does that affect the healing?
