to people who upset about their mitigator , who always rely on OP mitigator (newbies), who dont have much experience and who cannot build a good squad. I want to tell you something , this is Ushi's opinion ,not our. the best mitigator is depend on our opinion , depend on situation , depend on what buffs you have units you have. if you dont have Top 5 mitigator that ushi mentioned , Global exclusive include Limited time units. dont upset because you can build squad with the same buffs too.(except Eleanor since there is no mitigator that can beat Eleanor LS+BB/SBB combo) for example if you dont have Rain , you can use Hisui . if you dont have Hisui you can pair krantz/stein/other mitigator with def buffer. like Stein+Melord since Melord give you boost def base on atk buff and its the same as Rain's boost def base on atk buffs. Rain give Tri-stat ? you can use sirius for Tri-stat , Silvie too (same as Rain 180% Tri-stat if you take enhance tri-stat SP) Atro also give you Tri-stat too. or you can combo with other unit that give specific stat like Ark (Atk +160%) with Alice (def/rec +150% if I'm not wrong). you might say like "Rain still better for slot effiency" but try to thing about it again. I ll give you another example. if you using stein+melord you will get another buffs too like status ailments immunity, Heal (from stein) , crit rate , crit dmg , boost bb gauge when attacked , boost atk base on def (from melord) which mean if you using rain , you ll need to bring anti-debuff unit , crit buffer units , atk conversion buffer units , bb management units. that's why I say you can build squad which have the same buffs but different units. BF isnt game about what units you have. its about what buffs do you have. also , its depend on situation and what kind of dungeon too. for example if you fight in dungeon that have bb gauge recovery down gimmick or bosses love to reduce your bb gauge. elimo/krantz is the best choice since they have bc cost reduction and their bc cost is low which mean EZ to spam mitigation buff or if boss love to reduce your bb gauge and hit hard like a goddamn tank. you can use 1 fujin for krantz and elimo for mitigation buff and heal too (other mitigator that doesnt have heal need to use another fujin to healer unit). if you fight in dungeon that hit hard when your unit git inflicted by status ailments , stein , hisui , juno-seto is your choice since they can give status ailment protection which mean you dont have to bring anti-debuff anymore. if you fight in dungeon that hit like a truck , Rain/Hisui/Eleanor/Lara is the answer since they're give you def buff to make your units tougher and hard to kill.(Eleanor didnt give def buff but she give Elemental mitigation buff to make your unit survive better) here's my own thought about using mitigator (for example) Krantz - need heal , cure status , need 4 turns mitigations , need bc hc drop rate , heavily bb gauge recovery down gimmick , need tough mitigator (krantz have high HP , his Sphere give status ailments immunity , EWD immunity to make him survive last long and cure status ailments back up when my anti-debuff die and I dont have any revive left) Hisui - need rec/def buff , need def conversion buff , need anti-debuff buff , need tough mitigator (Hisui def stat is ridiculous high and his ES give him EWD immunity and status ailments immunity) Lara - nees bc hc drop rate , need HP regen , need crit immune buff , need backup bb atk , need atk/def conversion buff , need ADR down immune buff , need heal , need def ignore immunity from her LS yeah , mitigator that have more buffs or powerful buff (Global exclusive always like that) make you can performance better or even make you can play with more squad but JP player can clear them without Global exclusive too. so ,if you dont have them dont upset. you can clear it too.

Torturous Grief Zeliha has 2 turn 100% migitation on her ubb. But she doesn't have any on bb or sbb; so she might not really count but its something to consider.

eleanor is only good if you have a support unit like cleria, since bb, heal, and negates status ailment is a must, especially on trial/GGC/ etc..

Eleanor, Hisui and Elimo are top 3 mitigators for JP. Rain, Juno-Salto, and Ilm are all GE.

If that happen , I think he will rekt many mitigator like a joke. his LS might get -15% all elemental his bb might get boost tri-stat 170% , boost def base on atk +80% (100% with SP) his SBB might get tri-stat 180% , boost atk base on def 80% (100% with SP) boost bb dmg +400% (450% with SP) his UBB might get 100% mitigation for 3 turns before JP meta His SP might get Heal , negate crit/EWD/status ailments and maybe can upgrade into 2 turns like Gabriela. just my opinion XD
