Fact if you don't know: wingard (director of GxK) said If Godzilla will be the focus of the next film and he said if he want Godzilla have a son, he also say if he very like Godzilla vs destroyah movie you know destroyah is look like the final boss, so maybe in the next film. Actually In the novelized version of the monsterverse it’s stated Godzilla beat ghidorah by shooting him in to the freezing water of Antarctica which at the time was much colder and immediately froze over thus beating him though the temperatures were higher cause of shimus ice age so there is that but it was all big g who one there ancient fight.

Biollante was weak af, he should’ve been behind mothra. Mecha Godzilla nearly killed Godzilla before Kong intervened, and ghidorah also nearly killed him, so I reckon the list should’ve been Destoroyah, Mechagodzilla, Ghidorah top 3
