Jakub dobes with the habs looking pretty solid too. He struggles a bit a the start of this season in the ahl but he really has adapted his game to the pro level

Stopped watching after seeing Annunen at 9. A guy who's played so well for Colorado this season that he's pushing himself into the starter conversation deserves more love.

Leaving Alexei Kolosov off this list is wild. Definitely better than the HMs and 10-15 range. Played 3 years in the KHL and is only 22 with damn good stats on a bad team.

Hopefully I don’t get flamed in these comments but I was rlly hoping Thomas milic would have been an honourable mention atleast being that he was a 5th round pick this past draft had some decent numbers with the Norfolk admirals and now is doing pretty decent in the ahl single handedly help the mb moose push for a playoff spot

Sogard is also very good, his career might need a little bit of work but his size and skill will completely help him, and remember the refs didn't help him at all, can't blame the Sogard for that

No Kolosov? 22 years old and has been a pretty damn good KHL goalie and shows more promise than some of your top 15 and especially the HMs. Might too early for Zaragin now, but he's also looking pretty damn good too.

Dylan Garand for the Rangers he’s been their 1B goalie for their AHL team in Hartford. He’s gunna be knocking on Shesterkins net in a year or two

Kokko is the REAL deal Grav! When he was still in Kärpät, their goalie coach Ari Hilli said he is like young Pekka Rinne, maybe even better. He praised him so much, said he is one of the most gifted goalies he has been developing. Kärpät in Liiga has developed so many good goalies, like Blomqvist and Annunen from this video.

For once I feel really good about the Leaf goalie prospects. Of course Akhtyamov got acknowledged and I'm happy to see that. Developing really nicely in Russia even doing well up in the KHL itself this year. And I think Hildeby has done really nicely in the AHL in his first full year down there. Some solid potential. Though this list was full of excellent young goalies. Be cool to see which of them end up as legit starters in the NHL in the future.

It's tough to predicting goalies, some are good cuz the team in front of them almost spoiled vs a good goalie with bad teams. But, I have a feeling with his confidence and how they said he wins everywhere... and now winning again now in College is Fowler.

THOMAS MILIC GOT ABSOLUTELY SNUBBED!! The Moose were so awful before he got there and turned the team around and now they’re most likely going to the playoffs. Collin Delia who was the Moose’s starter before has a .874 save percentage as an average AHL goalie and Thomas Milic has a .901 on that same exact team in the same exact year. Milic will continue to be underrated and prove everyone wrong!!

Brov I agree. From a Wings fan - with how many goals we scored this year - if wings had even a decently average goalie we'd have easily 10 more points. Husso Reimer and Lyon are just not it. Min will be the best Boston in goilie terms. Det not far behind.

I'm not, not yet. MHL numbers are way too deceiving there are no less than 51 (!!) goalies in there with a .910 or above SV%. You go to the freakin QMJHL and you can't even have 10 kids with that percentage. MHL & KHL are decaying. But I'll grant you him being third best in his league on a team not affiliated with the usual cheats at SKA or CSKA the league is rigged for is commendable and above his draft rank expectations.

Carolina has like 6 or 7 goalies in their pool… didn’t think a lot of them would make it but I thought Ruslan Khazheyev would. Had a pretty good year in the MHL but got victimized by Ivan Demidov in the playoffs lol

There are several NHL prospects in the MHL with much better numbers. He wouldn't even make a top 30. And I mean no direspect. I really enjoy watching the Canes, plus they do know how to be patient and supportive with some prospects they're developping but let's face it that goalie pool is really poor. (That being said, I'd love for Yaniv Perets to be able to bounce back he's shown some promises in the past)

Really don’t see how Fowler gets above Augustine here when Augustine was the outright starter on the world juniors team and played on a much less talented college team.

They've both been studs honestly. Fowler did play very well even if he had a stacked team though. I see them as neck and neck 👌🏼

Hofer could be a lot better if he had decent defense behind him. St. Louis is so hyper focused on Offense they forgot to draft some defenders. Hofer is doing decent this year and could be a starter but Zherenko in Springfield has lost his touch ever since he was injured which is sad because he looked almost as good as Hofer at times. Colten Ellis didn’t even look like he was getting out of the ECHL last couple seasons till he arrived in Orlando and picked up his game. He was doing great at the beginning of his call up in Springfield but like the rest of the team his performance is fizzling. I now see people giving their tickets away on the Facebook page as this team just looks bad and the only reason to go to a game is to watch Adam Gaudette score.

Usually my cutoffs are either 50 NHL games OR are older than 24, so that's a reason why Ivan Fedotov isn't on the list

I'm still quite cautious on Cossa. Although his numbers aren't bad or anything but considering how dominant Grand Rapids has been his numbers are nothing special and still worse than some similar goalies on worse teams. Trey Augustine is definitely who I'd bet on being the Red Wings future starter

I wouldn't really say the Griffins have been a dominant team. Cossa has stolen quite a few games they really had no business winning. They outshoot a lot of their opponents but a lot of those shots aren't exactly high danger.

@@bex843 ya goalies are weird and so hard to predict, but we've seen some goalies have those issues and for some reason never solve them. Bigger goalies definitely take longer to develop so I doubt we really know how he does in a full NHL season for 2-3 more years but will definitely be very interesting to watch

@@Ice-Lopz bruh, have you seen Rochester's defensive play? Levi has literally no help out there. Same with Northeastern. Wolf has had some pretty decent teams in the AHL, and hasn’t looked very good in the NHL so far (credit, small sample, and I’m still a fan of Wolf). And the sabres team defense is horrendous, he isn’t getting much help in the NHL either, and he’s posted solid results so far
