Dg if you don’t like the cushion in the Kobe 8 then I would buy Zion 3 se and put the drop in midsole in the Kobe 8. That’s what I did and it fits perfectly and upgrades the Kobe 8 by a lot. Love ur vids dg I’ve been subbed for like 2 years.

It doesn’t ruin the fit? And tbh, that’s alot of effort and money to make a shoe out of already $190+ hoop shoe… i’d just cop the Lebron’s at that point and call it a day..

It would be a major letdown if they use the same kobe 8 protro cushioning for the 9s… i really hope they mix some zoom air in there. 9s are my fav kobes of all time!

I love kobe’s but the price is exaggeratedly high if these colorways when they come out are at a reasonable price I buy some kobe’s because there are people who can’t pay for this large amount to buy a pair of tennis I want it to be a reasonable price so that more people can buy the kobe’s

What is the difference between the Kobe 9s and other great Kobes such as the 6s because u said that the Kobe 9s have the best traction of all time but ur favorite hoop shoe is the Kobe 6s

as far as actual “protro” upgrades, seems like the 1’s, 5’s, and 6’s are the actually tech upgraded versions in terms of cushion - full length zoom air in 1’s and zoom turbo + cushlon in 5’s and 6’s. 4’s, 8’s and likely 9’s aren’t really upgrades from the OG’s 🥲 but I mean 3/6 isn’t too bad I guess and anyone would be happy to get any kobes at retail 🥲🥲
