Ok so one time I fell asleep while watching Vsauce videos on my xbox, and so it just kept autoplaying related videos. At some point in the night, the video "If" came on, and played, as normal. When it got to the part where he demonstrates what it would sound like if there was a nuclear attack, my body struggled to regain consciousness, assuming something was wrong. I was just kinda sitting in my bed, looking at the TV wondering what was happening as the sirens blared and the automated voice began speaking about how I only had like 15 minutes to reach shelter. I freaked. I started panicking, looking out the window and asking myself how the hell I was gunna get out alive with my family with such a short amount of time. It got to the part where it gets all staticky and the voice over says, "Please stand by for a message from the president." or whatever, and I just assumed I was going to die in my bed. My heart was racing and my blood was boiling while the static just played into the darkess I sat in, horrified. Then Micheal pops up and is like "yeah so thats what would happen" and I actually almost started crying out of relief and pure anger. Thats why I no longer let things autoplay when I fall asleep.

the anime video is about an old japanese folklore yokai (monster), the kappa, which is that green thing with the duck like beak in the video. Kappa's generally hang out around rivers or bodies of water and drown people, hence why the blue haired girl is carrying a cat tail and why there are lilly pads in the background. the title references "きゅうり" or "kyuuri" which means cucumber in japanese. besides killing people and eating their flesh, kappa also enjoy cucumbers.

For anyone confused by Top 15's vague description of the "Creepy Anime Video," its content mainly depicts Kawashiro Nitori, a character from a *game series* (not a game show) containing animified folklore and and legends. Nitori herself is derived from legends of the kappa, and the suddenly deranged imagery seems to depict things kappa, as the monsters they are, were believed to have done to humans. I don't understand a whole lot of Japanese, but I could tell you that the corrupted song is derived from an actual song by... IOSYS, I think was the music group. ...In other words, it's just fan-made content.
