Personally I believe you should never sacrifice your speech or your script to meet arbitrary time limits, take as long as you need while still being on point. On another note, avoid Comic Sans, it is infamous for looking unprofessional. There are many free fonts which can be found online and which are far more suited for these kinds of videos.
