I’m sorry red snakeheads are not a good idea with any fish that cost more than feeder fish , as that’s what they become when this giant out grows them, you seemed to have forgotten Red / redfin black Snook ( Ptenia splendidas) , Bowfin (Amia calva), the Black and Gold Nile Perch ( Lates niloticus) , Bichir’s ( Polypterus ornatapinnis, P. weeksii, polleni, congicus) , Prochilodus, , the snakeheads that don’t get to large would work ( Channa striatus , C. Argus , ) I’m sure I’m forgetting a bunch but I know these fish size permitted as the Nile perch does get large will work well

Wtf. There's so many more safer fish for arowana than PACU, RTC and PAROT FISH. Theirs dragon fin, Angel fish etc. RIP in advance for people who put RTC on arowana tank.

Not actually i own a arowana which i kept with rtc for almost 2.5 yrs they never fight if you provide them enough food and spacious tank

Blood Parrots only work if the arowana is young and red tailed catfish only work if the catfish is young

No it is because due to goldfish needing colder water temperature and arowana needs warmer water temperature.. so they might ended getting unwanted disease..

i have an alligator gar if you are trying to find a tank mates for arowana make sure that your arowana is bigger than you gar or else the gar will try to kill it

@@soratron This guy is definitely trolling lol. I personally don't like keeping predator fish together as it takes away their personality almost. Like they have to be more serious around the other potential threats. I'd get silver dollars and bala sharks which are passive aggressive for their tankmates

Plecos, pacu, bichir, oscars and other larger cichlids etc. Red tail catfish is a good choice after the arowana reaches around 10 or 12 inch.

The Oscar is actually one of the best in this list, the only way an Oscar could eat an arowana is if the arowana is too small and the Oscar too big, but arowana grow to be 3 times bigger than Oscars so having both of them fully grown should not be a problem unless the tank is too small in which case they could fight and one can kill the other (which is the case with every other fish), the only way an Oscar could eat an arowana is if the owner was irresponsible and put an arowana that was too small with an Oscar that was far bigger, unlike other fish in this list like blood parrots for example that will be a nice snack for the arowana once it's fully grown and red tailed catfish that will make the arowana their nice snack once they are fully grown

Lol who ever made this obviously has no experience with these fish! Horrible advice! Two of those fish arnt named properly! The "pacu parana" its just a Pacu and the "sucker mouth catfish" its not a catfish it is a pleco
