Unfortunately, thats the case for all digital games, the only safe store for that is GOG if you keep the installations in your HDD. All other stores you are just buying posibility to install the game and play it till its available on the store.

Thx for the support! We cover it about a year ago, even created separate channel This month in subscription, but sadly, very few people were interested as you need to pay subscription in order to claim games on Prime.

Do you have the newest drivers? If yes and all other of your computer parts are compatible you might want to send it back from where you bought it and get a different GPU.
