Update May 2024 : We visited back in November 2022, so its been quite sometime now! We suggest calling up Owners for prices with your stay Details and asking for recent pictures/ Videos so that you get a better idea of the offerings and get the best value for money! Also, Prices vary according to season, availability etc and we have not control, or any interest whatsoever when it comes to prices! In the recent past we have been getting some comments regarding prices and other issues and would like to inform you that we made the video of both guesthouses since we liked them during our stay and we are a bit adjusting too when it comes to properties, and we get nothing in return to showcase them! Everyone has their own Preferences and we respect that so book only if you feel that you should ! Otherwise Hotels are your best option! Please call the respective owners for the same! Hi there.. rent does not include breakfast, dinner .. its only accomodation ... you can cook if you like since the kitchen is there(guellen guest house) .Rest you can call them anytime and confirm..

hi . there is no rack rate for the property as the property owners decide and project rates as per season, number of people, occupancy rate and individual requirements. Im sure a call to the owner would help solve clearing all doubts relating to the property and the prices too.... FYI the rates are way less in Candolim area when the facilities provided are compared . Hope that helps. Please feel free to call them and quote Hum parinday and they might offer you a good deal... We dont own the property so we dont Control the prices dear..they vary with no of people, days, time of the year, holidays and availability etc.. We were requested by the property owners to provide the numbers which we have done in the description. feel free to call them and discuss further.... Dji osmo is cheaper and budget friendly as compared to Go pro..... after all the research we went for DJI... We love their products... Both are good... And both have equally good video output..plus we have dji pocket 2 so that helps when using the Dji memo App. Check the price only after calculating - Price of the camera, accesories, tripods, cases and attachments.check reviews on youtube where they show you the comparison of both cameras in the same video... Hope that clears your doubt...

Hey, for room tariff call the given numbers in the description box Room tariffs change monthly, national holidays, ling weekends, no of people,with without kitchen etc. Plus we are not running the homestay, so wont be able to give the price.
