Fun fact: Christoph Waltz was worried that after “Inglorious Basterds” he would only be known by his role of Hanz Landa. But we all know he redeemed himself by playing Dr. Schultz in “Django Unchained”

He really wasn't a villain in Harry Potter and I knew that from the beginning! There just seemed like there was so much going on with the character of Professor Snape and I was thoroughly impressed with his portrayal of the character🖤

Christoph Waltz is AMAZING! Two movies back to back. He went from a guy I wanted to personally strangle in Inglorious Basterds to a guy I wanted to hug in Django Unchained. Thats some serious talent range!

I was dragged to see a movie with a very young Emmy Rossum where he played a pro poker player who was courting Rossum's mom and he played a pretty convincing romantic lead.

I do have one that should’ve made the list. He’s in the top 5 in my opinion: Sean Bean. Memorable villains he’s played: Alec Trevelyan (Goldeneye), Sean Miller (Patriot Games), Jason Locke (Essex Boys), Patrick Koster (Don’t Say A Word), Ian Howe (National Treasure), Dr Merrick (The Island).

Gary Oldman is one of the five greatest actors of all time and one of the few I actually know the name of largely because of his roles as villains. Even in bad movies once he steps onto the screen you immediately start paying attention because "that guy" is here.

It blew my mind when I found out that Tim Curry played both Pennywise and Darkness guy in Legend. When I was first really aware of him, he was acting in silly movie roles or doing voice overs for cartoons, so I was just completely shocked!

Long before Hugo Weaving said "Mr. Anderson", he said "Mr. Kelly" in 1993's "Reckless Kelly", and he was such a great villain! As always thank you so very much for the video. I'd also mention Nathan Fillion from his "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" days (not to mention him in Guardians of the Galaxy).

Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro are one of my favorite actors who play terrific villains. From Tommy DeVito in Goodfellas to Neil McCauley in Heat. Javier Bardem who played bone chilling and cool villains wasn't too evil to be on the list which he deserves. Killing that guy with an air tank was very cruel.

Malcolm McDowell was also quite good playing Admiral Tolwyn in Wing Commander IV game, where he authorized some very unsavory military tactics and experiments.

@@joewas2225 A step up from playing the Main Henchman in both Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves in 91 and disney's remake of The Three Musketeers two years later. I also loved his role in Alien Resurrection. Now that I think about it, has he ever made it to the end of a movie without dying?

Giancarlo Esposito plays bad guys so well, and comes across as such a sweetheart in interviews. I’m totally down with being badarse, but I’d love to see him being a good guy. Also, Stormare is the best Lucifer, ever.

Before Do The Right Thing, Giancarlo Esposito played in School Daze which was also directed by Spike Lee. He, of course, played the villain.
