Technically speaking, Batman Beyond was never cancelled, the network simply didn't order more episodes (but left the creators believing that they intended to do so). The production team was left hanging for a while, and the collapse of KidsWB left them to turn their focus to Justice League.

I've seen people on Twitter still trying to bring back The Spectacular Spider-Man. Which would be great if it happen.

I still can’t get over the fact that Nickelodeon actually canceled one of their absolute most beloved Best series like Danny Phantom and Invader Zim. Even though Zim gained huge popularity with preteens and older demographic, he should’ve been put on Adult Swim to be fair.

Danny Phantom, Invader Zim, Gargoyles, Young Justice .... so many good shows. But Batman Beyond is simply the best. I hope there will be a live action version of this at some point. By now we had more than enough Bruce Waynes.

'The Spectacular Spider-Man' became one of the best Spider-Man animated shows of all I'm about to go watch the whole series on Netflix.

Pulling the plug on Batman Beyond is still to this day the biggest crime ever and it's been over 20 years since it was last on the air, we're long overdue to see more of Terry Mcginnis, i know we have the current comic books but we need his presence back in animation. Such a criminally underrated show, i would love to see it be brought back as either a new series that continues from the old one or make a complete 4th new season, we need a Batman Beyond revival ASAP

16 years since “Things Change” and fans are still left in a cliffhanger. When are you gonna revive the OG Teen Titans series for another season? Starfire has yet to have her own character arc so that has to be the main priority! The same goes with Slade as well. While we can accept that Terra wants to live a normal life over being a Titan again, so many are wondering where we go next.

I have an honorable mention... Wander Over Yonder This show got canceled by Disney and the creators have the potential to set things up for a third season.

Can we just collectively agree Networks shouldn’t be trusted with animated shows at this point if they’re going to cancel them?

That final episode of Teen Titans was so very sad to me as a younger kid. Mostly because of how UNCOMPROMISING it was. Tara was never coming back. It was so damn subtle about the whole situation too that I even began to believe beast boy really did have the wrong person… until the ice cubes in her drink shifted. It felt so weird when I finally understood the fact that having a normal life was more important to Tara than being with beast boy. I felt like she at least owed him an explanation. But again, it remained uncompromising.

The most outrageous cancelation of the last years, is Infinity Train! The script for Book 5 was finished and the show layed out for 8 seasons in total. And still HBO decided to cancel this modern gem, leaving dozens of cliffhangers!

It may have been only 2 years old, but close enough was one of my favorite cartoons cancelled waaay too soon

The fact that 3 tv series made by Greg Weisman are on this list shows that he's such an under rated genius. He made awesome series and all got cancelled.

Really wish Tron: Uprising had made this list. It's very reminiscent of Batman Beyonds style. Tron Uprising was ahead of it's time as well. Only one season was one of Disney's greatest travesties.

I’m surprised that “the penguins of Madagascar” didn’t make this list, that nicktoon was underrated as hell.

So wish more seasons of Clone Wars were made, such an awesome series that made you look forward to every next episode. Can't wait to see the new Futurama coming in 2023, hope it's so successful it keeps on going, awesome writing in that show! And I always wished there were more seasons of Courage the Cowardly Dog, so dark and brooding but still had the funniest character keeping you smiling...poor Courage! :)

I'm currently halfway through the 2nd season of Batman Beyond. It was such a good show that never should have been cancelled. I don't count Epilogue from JLU as an episode to officially wrap up the series. I consider it a not very well written fan fiction. Spiderman The Animated Series is my favorite Spiderman cartoon. It should have never been cancelled either. As far as the writers were concerned, there was going to be at least another one or two seasons. John Semper has since said that there a lot of ideas for some great (sounding) stories. Puma being introduced, Carnage returning, as well as Norman Osborn, Richard Fisk becoming The Rose, possibly more Marvel characters making appearances. Let's hope with X-Men '97 coming, we can get Spiderman '98, bring everyone back (that's still alive), and get those stories. Not to sound selfish, but I think we all deserve them.

People didn’t want Teen Titans and Symbotic Titans to end so soon because even the creators actually saw potential in the show’s strong storyline’s and action scenes similar to Ben 10’s. Back in middle school I once said that both Ben 10 and Teen Titans would’ve had an epic crossover.

The original sonic the hedgehog with scratch and grounder was the best. Plus, another decent cartoon which was just aimed for a lower audience was budgie the little helicopter. That ended just so abruptly and it was like the number 1 watched afternoon kids shows in the UK

Finishing Clone Wars was one of the few things Disney has done right in recent times

It's amazing that shows like Clone High , Sym Bionic Titan, Teen Titans, and Danny Phantom are cancelled but Teen Titans Go, Craig at the Creek, and The Loud House are still around to annoy us.

It's also funny because when I watched Wolverine and the X-Men when I was young I didn't even know who Domino was until 2017 or so when I saw Deadpool 2 come out and contest of champions added her and I was like "something about Domino's design looks familiar but I don't really know her" only for me to look her up and see a picture from Wolverine and the X-Men and my jaw dropped cuz I was like how did I not know?!

Thundercats 2011 should be on this list.

Batman beyond, Young Justice, the spectacular spider-man, Green lantern animated series, Danny phantom, and teen Titans for all shows I've seen that I was disappointed that they ended the way they did. Luckily in Justice League Batman beyond showed what his life led up to. Young Justice came back on HBO. Still waiting on spectacular Spider-Man and teen Titans second run. But the one animated series that got canceled that got me totally upset was the 2013 thundercats series. I reboot of the classic cartoon had more of a mystical feel to it then science fiction. It abruptly ended when Mumm-ra got the tech Stone. The series could have had a follow-up miniseries to close everything up but they still leave it on the shelf because of poor toy sales. What is it with all these shows having low toy sales is the reason that they got canceled? Oh and the 2003 He-Man and the Masters of the universe was another series I was upset with when he got canceled. It had some of the best fight scenes and it made Skeletor more menacing (I think he's more menacing than the Revelation one).

You forgot about Wander Over Yonder! That Show got Disappointingly cancelled and there were so many unfinished Scripts for the third season that Disney Channel stubbornly refused to let Craig to revive it!

Sonic X was also cancelled due to poor translation but it was something amazing

Replacing Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Hero with a different show because of the success by the biggest installment in the MCU? Unceremoniously stupid Ending Spectacular Spider Man and axing Wolverine and the X Men due to Disney purchasing Marvel? Unceremoniously stupid Green Lantern canceled due to poor toy sales? Unceremoniously stupid Star Wars: The Clone Wars put on hold because of Disney (of course) before it found a second chance? Insert palm to forehead, before they finally concluded the series on Disney+ Teen Titans canceled on a cliffhanger and replaced with one of the worst shows in Cartoon Network history? In a word: OUTRAGE Gargoyles ended on a cliffhanger and a "Chronicles" installation that does not have enough? Unfair and disappointing. These kinds of unforgivable acts made tons of kids back in the 90s and 2000s kick the dirt in utter frustration, myself included. Those shows deserve better, and we want a proper finale. They're a lot more better than the ones we have today.

I would take off shows that got lots of seasons like Family Guy and Futurama, put Teen Titans as number one! Also I would’ve put underrated cartoons like Project Geeker, Catscratch, and liberty kids. Because those cartoons only lasted one season!

OK KO Let’s Be Heroes grew a popular fanbase, only to end up getting canceled for no reason after a two-year run.

Danny Phantom had a phenomenal ending. It didn't over stay it's welcome and ended on a good note.

Teen Titans, Invader Zim, Generator Rex, Pepper Ann, The Spectacular Spider-Man, Xiaolin Showdown. all shows that ended too soon.

Megas XLR got cancelled after Season 2 and I wish it came back one day like Samurai Jack did.

Honorable Mention: *The Owl House -While the show hasn't concluded yet as of the time of writing this, this gem got cut short for preposterous reasons. "Not fitting the Disney Brand." Disney, you've stepped out of your comfort zone several times, what's another one? Remember The Black Cauldron? The Hunchback of Notre Dame? Gravity Falls? Amphibia? All of those can be dark and demented at times, but THIS is when you draw the line? Honestly, It's times like this that make you wonder if Disney is actually being run by South Park's version of Mickey Mouse. Heck, given Mickey's tyrannical depiction on South Park (what with how cruel, ruthless, unethical and uncaring he his towards his stars (Properties)), this TOTALLY seems like something he would do.

LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE SHOW ON THIS LIST WAS ALMOST 10 TIMES BETTER THAN MAJORITY of ALLLLLL THE SHOWS TODAY. It's actually sad AS HELL

The MCU may be making bank with all its movies and shows...but the way Disney and Marvel Studios keeps constantly changing already understandable motives, backgrounds and rivalries for some of its characters REALLY got on my nerves; especially after what they did to Thanos and Ultron. Thus, Avengers: EMH will ALWAYS stand as the definitive version of Marvel (in MY eyes anyway)

Wait I didn't know about this Charlie brown and snoopy had a show? I was woefully unaware of this because I'm so used to just the Christmas specials and the Halloween one as well that I didn't even know it officially had a show like I'm stunned. 😲😲😲😲😲 Yeah I think I know which cartoon I'm adding to the list of outstanding cartoons to watch. I did actually grow up with the comic strip because I remember every day my local newspaper had a new one for peanuts and also my grandmother bought a Christmas book with everything from I think it was 1970s or 1960s comics for the Christmas comic strips going into the early '00s. So yeah it was a huge part of my childhood

Green lantern the animated series should at least had one more season with sinestro, However it did kinda return in one of the Young Justice episode.

2003 TMNT was cut too soon too! There was that 3 Shredder battle that was gonna happen, another Fast Forward Season until CW4Kids acquired them and got Back to the Sewer we also could've had a season where they travel to meet their young selves!

Speaking of Star wars the clone wars I'm actually still binging it I had earlier started this year got to about season 3 beginning of season 3 but I haven't gotten to really finish mainly cuz I've been really busy with work and stuff I've been trying to really catch up with Star wars media all together so I was going to do clone wars cuz I've seen all the movies then I was going to see Star wars rebels then bad batch then mandalorian. Ironically since it's season 3 I remember seeing the bad batch in season 3 then at the beginning however they mentioned that one of them died and I was like wondering how so of course I'm catching up with the animated stuff first cuz I want to see it all I want to see exactly what happened to the leader of the group

I would have thrown the short-lived Clerks cartoon on here. Underrated and has a bunch of memorable laugh out loud moments

I even remember playing a cartoon network game where you played as hell and you're fighting each of the bosses the red lanterns. I don't remember the name of those main three red lanterns but one of them I always for some reason compared him to MODOK always he had the same frame. And is it ironic that he also used a lot of force fields when I was fighting him in the game? Literally exactly like MODOK.
