Yeah, their researchers are assholes. I can think of several lists they’ve done that they’ve omitted out Australians, silent films, et cetera. Also when they’ve got facts wrong, & haven’t bothered to fix it.

Only years later did I discover that the Bishop of Bath and Wells was played by the actor who played that creepy German in Raiders of the lost ark.

He was also in porridge and I didn't even clock him untill his character( Harris) screamed, and I thought " I recognise that scream , generally .😅. But didn't realise for years he was the face melting Nazi in Raiders.

So if the 1st series was Medieval England, 2nd was Tudor/ Elizabethan, 3rd series was Georgian Era, the Christmas special was Victorian era & the 4th series is set in WW1, then I guess the 5th series would make sense as being WW2, but then again that might end up being too similar to Dad’s Army.
