Nepal, Netherlands and Scotland ko full member bana dena chahiye, yah Nepal kuch jyada ho gya, but Nepali fans are really passionate. They are more passionate than some full members nation fans too. Secondly, I think IPL and Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy should be merged. IPL must be first division whereas Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy must be Second and Third Division and off course there should be promotion and demotion.

I rate Uganda higher. Their grassroot programs are great. They are not getting enough support from icc or african cricket council. Instead of wasting huge money (250 cr) in temperory stadium in us about which no native gave a damn they should distribute this sum in strong upcoming associate nations. In african countries cricket is not only played for passion rather for survival and dream of a good career. If they can get a standard salary then also many youngsters will look it as a career opportunity.
