I seriously think Donna's story is one of the greatest ever told. The story of an average woman whose never done anything important in her life saving the entire universe and becoming the most important woman in creation. Then to tragically have all the memories of her being something more taken away from her! Just beautifully tragic!

Donna is the most underrated Companion ever. I loved every episode with her. She and Romana are my favorite companions ever! Closely followed by Rose and Sarah Jane. The 50th can't come soon enough.

My favourite Donna moment is in Forest of the Dead when she is told she is captured in the library. "But this isn't the real me. This isn't my real body. But I've been dieting!" I can not believe this moment did not make the list.

I love how happy Donna looked when the Doctor and Rose found one another again! She is such a good friend and if she and Rose had had more on screen time together they could have made a great team too!

I still cry when ever I think about Donna because of the way it all ended with her, it was so sad. I loved her she was funny and an amazing companion to the Doctor. One of the beast characters ever.

I wasn't sure about Donna at first, but then I grew to love her. I mean, just the fact that she wasn't romantically interested in the Doctor, and made that obvious was so refreshing. So sad when Doctor had to wipe her mind.

I loved Donna, she is my favorite. Unlike Rose, who really followed the Doctor for no reason(Seriously she left Mickey there, and she thought he was dead through the whole episode) and Martha really left because she wanted to shag the Doctor, but Donna was different. She wasnt beautiful like Martha, or Rose(though I do like how she looks) she didnt come on the journey out of love(though her love for him slowly evolved latter one) She mostly came to start something new, to have a new journey. Thats why I like her over Rose, and Martha, she wanted to go on a new Journey, and experience a adventure...and for a short time she was the most important person in the world.

I agree with #1, but I think there's a moment missing: the scene when she jumps into the tardis in The Runaway Bride. "I'm in my wedding dress!" "Yes, you look lovely! COME ON!!"

Series 4 for me: The Doctor: "My lonely life is so sad and full of regrets..." Donna:"Stop moaning you big space dumbass, and take me to the stars!"

Donna Noble is totally my favorite. The only companion who can get me laughing hysterically in one scene only to make me ball my eyes out in the next. Catherine Tate's range is amazing.

You know what's another great Donna moment? In Turn Left when she's talking to Rose is in the part and she does the whole monologue of being nothing. That speech has such raw emotion and I have to commend Catherine Tate for her great emotional range. But other than that great job, these are truly great Donna moments :)

Hey don't me wrong I ship Rose and the 10th Doctor more than most but forever Donna will be my favorite companion. She didn't want the Doctor to fall in love with her. She just wanted an adventure and eventually they became best friends.

At first I really hated Donna... But then she became so heartfelt and the perfect companion to the Doctor. This is a perfect representation of how amazing she is and how great an actress she is.

Who else cried at No. 3? Good, I'm not the only one. The reason that scene is so heartbreaking is because, she begged The Doctor not to, even though she knew he had to. I lost my best friend, making it all the more heartbreaking as I can relate to how she felt.

Donna noble best assistant of all time I laugh and cry at the moments in doctor who of Donna noble she was she most amazing companion of all time it was sad to see her go when the doctor made her forget about him :( but could say that about all the companions how the doctors hearts ache for the ones his lost he always there saying goodbye never looking or turning back because if he does he will remember the ones he lost I feel sorry for him is all alone in that Tardis of his with no one but memories these moments of Donna made realise how lucky the doctor was to have her she was an amazing woman in history and like the odd they will always sing that song in remembrance of the Dr Donna

Someone had already mentioned how Donna went well with 10 because if she was with 9 or 11 it'd just end with sassing or ear pulling. I'm cracking up because that's how it would be! On another note, I also didn't like Donna at first. I thought she had too much attitude. I think I started liking her more when I realized how different she was from Martha (sorry, hate Martha). She is probably one of the most grounded people on the show. She never pretends to be strong or smart or amazing. And the Doctor knows how wrong she is. Heartbroken when she lost her memories...

Best companian was donna for sure i've just watched first episode of rose and i cant belive whole episode she thought mickey was dead but she didnt even feel sorry for him she just laughed with the doctor whom she just met despite everybodys opinion rose was not likeable character donna on the other hand was she was only companian who was not in love with the doctor she seemed like have no talent at all but when time was critical she was more useful and clever than all the other companian

...these reasons are why Doctor Donna is my favourite Companion...love her so much!...one of the best written characters ever on Doctor Who!...and Peri is my second Fave....

What makes Donna so special is that she goes on a profound journey of self-discovery with the Doctor: at the start she is a selfish, disagreeable and unlikeable character but by the end she has grown into a truly beautiful human being....it's a total morality tale in its oldest and simplest form! And so when she reverts back to being "old Donna" at the end it is utterly heart-breaking.

You could totally tell David Tennant was trying not to laugh at the charades part! I laugh my ass off every time!

Oh gosh the last part makes me laugh so hard, donna is my fave companion, she was the only one who loved the doctor but wasnt head over heels inlove with him, rose annoyed the hell out of me and martha is my second fave....anyone else think catherine tate is extremely beautiful, i love her personality & her sassiness ♥

Donna is the most tragic companion. Rose gets the metacrisis doctor. Martha CHOSE to walk away, worked for torchwood, and had the doctor on her damn speed dial. Amy lived a long life with Rory. Donna will never be able to remember all the races she saved and the amazing friendship she had with the doctor. She will never remember saving the family in pompei. It's as if she never met the doctor. Everyone else had something to hold on to, except Donna.

Before this video, I'd half-forgotten how serious Donna can be, too. I always remembered her as the funny, sassy redhead before, but this made her seem more human. Great job!

Superb stuff. How many other Doctor and companion teams could have a wordless hug like they do in Midnight and yet it's so powerful and so memorable. Wonderful chemistry, wonderful character.

they could still bring her back i think. i mean i know they said she couldnt remember ever but they also said rose could never see him again and she did. and she will again in the anniversary special. so the doctor has been wrong about a lot of things. he could be wrong about this. i would love to see the 12th doctor with her. capaldi and Tate would be great together!

You are absolutely correct in your analysis. She wasn't the bravest; her attitude was a substitute for self-esteem. But she develops both bravery and a sense of self-worth travelling with The Doctor. In return, The Doctor gets a shoulder to cry on and an unconditional friend who is genuinely sensitive to how he's feeling at all times, which is something he desperately needed. I cry every time I watch 'Journey's End.' They both end up losing what they gained with each other. At least Donna does.

I forgot just how much I adored Donna and how she went on with the Doctor. I freaked during the departure and totally couldn't finish a fic I was doing, but this has excited me all over again.

im currently watching all my doctor who dvds from "rose" to "the big bang". i really love Donna! she was so amazing. i remember when her character officially joined for series 4 and all the silly critics constantly linked her to one of her sketch show characters and didn't want to give her a chance...then by the end of it they all ate their own words cuz she proved how great she was :)
