11:09 In the Fight Dio Literally was trying to kill Jotaro every time he stopped time, but Jotaro was smart enough to come up with something that would scare Dio into thinking that He could move within stopped time, And Dio was so scared about getting his head caved in by a sneak attack he tried attacking from a distance instead

It’s not a bad list it’s just older. Plus he wanted to focus on Anime over the decades. That channel generally has some of the better lists.
