am i the only one who loves this model strictly for the way it looks?

This is the best looking G Shock I've seen in a while. Luckily, (as I assumed they would be) every single one of these reasons not to buy are just opinions and not actually flaws of the watch. Amazes me how some can say it should have this feature and that feature on a $130 model.

I just bough the blue and black and I absolutely love it!! None of this “20” reasons bother me at all!!

I couldn't decide between the yellow and blue models, so I bought both :D

Hi!I bought and love this g shock.It is very impressive and comfortable. I chose this limited type with 3 straps and ordered +a blue one.The maintaince is easy on these watch, so not expencive, the battery leasts min 5-6 years or more. Best regards.

Great video, I bought one, I don't regret it, but I use more like a fashion piece, for exercise I use the gba 800 and gbd800 and for normal life I wear the Ga 700

If all the points you stated would be different, it wouldn’t be this watch. I like it just for the look. Yes, there are more practical shocks, but this one just rocks.

My wife bought me the Yellow and Black for kitting and I love it so much I’ve put my Ocean Master £6000) to one side and am wearing this.

Great rundown. The biggest hits for me are the tiny digital displays and the lack of lume on some of the models. The yellow and blue versions look great but then them opting for skeletonized hands over solid lumed ones hurts the watch's legibility in the dark and also in general since skeletonized hands need a second more to focus on to read the time quickly. You're literally getting less capability for no real reason. This also means you're more reliant on the battery to read the time at night, eating it up faster. I think all the models have reverse-LCD displays on top of them being tiny so the digital displays are also really hard to read. Ultimately these two are the reasons why I chose not to get a GA-2000 myself. I wish that, since they already seem to have wanted to design this as a street fashion type of watch, that they had used some more high contrast colors and a bigger face design which would have solved a lot of these problems.

These reasons are luxury problems. Great vid, but this isn’t really anything to be scared of.

I bouth this watch 2 days ago and im absolutly faled in love with it, i bouth the desert camoflage color, which it's gives it a preety present looking beautiful military face looking (i'm a soldier on my self), and a lightweight body (thanks to the carboon structure) that it make the watch so comfteble on the hand, and for that price tag i didn't expect for the top technology like on the expensive watches

Agreed. This model has so much potential. If in the future they release a similar model with a second hand and lumed index, I'll definitely buy it. The rest of the cons, I can live with them I guess.

I bought one of these on the strength of your previous video....... I got the limited edition in the box with the extra straps. The version i got is the black one. It lacks definition and is difficult to see..... Apart from that i agree with all your points..... it's for sale

Reasons not to buy this watch would be quality and function issues with the watch itself. Many of your reasons are about features it doesn't have. It's not meant to have them, it's meant to be a low price point watch, otherwise we would just have Casio selling 100's of watches all the same. I feel your reason #21 would have been that it's not nuclear powered. It's not meant to be, lol.

Love the white one. Would add a black canvas strap but the LED backlight is awful, so will wait for a Solar watch which is the only way forward nowadays.

Not a fan of the full backlight, much prefer just the "time light". Should have the option to turn off the full backlight. Very good video.

How long does the battery last with this watch? Assuming I'm not constantly pressing the light button, but only pressing it maybe once a day?

The small LCD display at 3-o’clock is waaaaaay too small.

I have the yellow one of this watch. It no longer beeps. Displays wrong time and those LCD screens no longer function properly. And I only got it a year, 2019, ago.

It seems Casio is decreasing the quality... I wouls like to see a toughness test of this watch, such as being crushed by a car.

The only thing that bothers me about this watch is the lack of lume index. In relation to the tales. Possibly maybe sweating under a rubber bracelet. But that can be handled with replacement.
