This was very informative, but refusing a person of visa because they have never traveled on their passport before is stupid. Thats not a good enough reason to turn down someone.

Hi, I already have 4 months of bank statements ready to show. But, in one of the 4 months, I have made a deposit of 18,000 CAD in pieces on top of what I already had in my bank (which was around 35,000 CAD). Would this lump sum deposit raise some red flags? Thank you.

Hey there..ive been in a relationship with a man in algeria (2 years..we vid cam and ive "met" him and his family..and hes never asked me for money) hes 26 yrs old and has worked all his life..was a small business owner too at one point..he wants to come here and a find a job and work. Hello I was just wondering…I have been refused a U.S. visa twice. Once when I was returning home from China after completing my studies and again earlier this year. I understood the first time why I was refused but the most recent case I don’t think the officer reviewed my case very well. Hello. I was over 4 months of visa in argentine in 2014. But I was always assisting to immigration in order to fix it and having temporary documents until I paid a fine and fix it. But there is months over the visa granted. I have no criminal records anywhere in the planet. I have been in brasil in 2016 under tourist visa and prolongate 3 months more and came back to my country morocco before the time expires this time. But I need to provide a certificat of no antecedent from the embasady of argentine. I just uploaded my cv in the mobility program and they love me there.

Hello mam, i don't know whether it is typical to ask for your advice here but i am so desperate for a help. Hi, I had applied for PR along with my husband under CEC. My husband got PR and my application was under process. However during the process we opted for separation due to personal issues and have now filed divorce. My PR is under hold now. Can i apply for student visa after divorce ? Pls reply

Hello! No, the family does not have any right to accompany a minor. You may apply for visitor visas, if you'd like to travel with him to settle - and stay for up to 6 months, not being allowed to work during that time. There are processes need to be done to ensure the minor can go unaccompanied, such as custodianship by a company or by the university. I had Greece (Schengen) refusal and later got Italy (Schengen) visa twice, have visited UK as well, have applied for Canada but I didn't mention that Greece refusal, I thought why would I mention a refusal for which I had gotten a visa later on.
